I first started working with Luke over a year ago just to get my fitness mojo back, after 8 weeks I was starting to feel like my old self again and it was great and i was back in my local gym feeling more confident. Having working on my goals alone for a while I decided to team up with Luke again this year, and in a matter of 6 short weeks I've seen great improvements in strength where I had plateaued training alone in the gym. Having someone like Luke in your corner to help keep you motivated and accountable defiantly makes a big difference!Would highly recommend working with Luke to reach your goals!

I first met Luke in January 2017 when i applied for his ab blast course. He was really good at understanding my needs and kept me motivated through the course.I lost 12kg in weight and gained strength in the process which was the goal set for me . I continued training with Luke at the LA classes during the week to help with my mountain biking dh and race's during the weekends . He's helped me back from a bad shoulder injury twice and has always kept me motivated but also keeping it fun .Looking forward to more classes through out 2018 .... thank you Luke .

I've been working with Luke since the beginning of January to improve my health and fitness initially by attending his beginners / plus size programme and then moving on to Luke’s other group personal training programmes.I would highly recommend his programmes to anyone looking to loose some weight or looking to improve their diet and fitness.Luke is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He makes time to get to know you as a person and is totally committed to helping you reach your goals.With Luke’s guidance, I have been able to identify poor habits that contributed to my weight gain and have been able to form new habits which have assisted me to increase my fitness as well as lose weight.I really enjoy the group sessions which are varied and challenging and Luke is always on hand to offer support and guidance.I've lost 78lbs in 11 months and I am now much more strong and active than I used to be. Although I'm a way again from reaching my goal, I know with Luke's guidance I will get to where I need to be.Cheers Luke

I started working with Luke in march after years of being overweight and suffering mentally because of it, first thing i noticed how knowledgable he is and a decent bloke who genuinely wants the best for his clients.Week by week i felt my fitness improve greatly also my mental health and mindset, his daily accountability,check ins and little messages of support if your struggling is what makes him really good to work with as he is there every step of the way with you.Since working with luke i've took what he taught me and implemented it into my lifestyle and made non-negotiables like 20k+ steps daily,5 workouts a week and 3 litres of water..and because of this advice and guidance im a lot happier now.

I started with Luke in May 2021 as I was overweight and drinking alcohol nearly every night and I had tried myself to stop but just couldn't do it.Luke looks at everything you do from diet to exercise but also the mental side of it which is really important.Another really great thing is he's always checking in on his clients through social media which really is a great thing so it's not like you go there once a week and that's it. Also in his group if clients we all motivate eachother to keep at it which is fantastic and really inspires me.I've lost over 2 stone, could run a half marathon quite easily and am as fit as I have ever been but what's really changed about me is my mindset in all sorts of ways which I never expected. I've got loads more energy in everything that I do.Having Luke as my Personal Trainer is without doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made as my life is so much better than it was 6 months ago.

Began classes with Luke after 'loosing myself' both physically and mentally, gaining 6 stone and suffering from depression and anxiety. Within this year with Lukes help I have lost most of the weight, become much fitter and have began to feel like me again. For the first time ever I really look forward to excercising, achieving things I didn't think I'd be able to do all with Lukes knowledge and advise on food excercise and mindset. Would highly recommend Luke to anyone wanting to better themselves physically and mentally.

I came across Luke's 7 day free challenge on Facebook in July, taught me everything i needed to know with workouts, tools to kickstart my weightloss journey and also tools to help to make the weightloss journey more sustainable to keep off long term, daily accountabilities to keep on track after the 7 day challenge was over, i took part in Luke's Lean in 6 programme and i absolutely loved it. Different workouts different meal ideas and receipes and personal targets to meet each day but also each week. Luke was there every step of the way keeping me on track, no question i had was too big or too small for Luke and he always answered no problems, he was very supportive and during that Lean in 6 programme i lost 11lbs. Now i have been doing everything for majority of the days that i learned in the lean in 6 programme and when that ended in september i continued to implemement everything I learned into my daily life and because of that i am still continuing to lose weight which i never thought was possible. So i would highly recommend Luke and just want to say thankyou again Luke really greatful for everything.

I've been going to Luke's women's only classes for just over a year now and can honestly say I will not stop until age gets the better of me! I've lost 3 stone, am fitter than I've ever been and have control of my diet with no restrictions. All this with two prolapsed discs, I thought I would never run again or lift heavy weights. I'm currently working on building muscle and have the confidence to go to the gym on my own to train. All this with Luke's excellent knowledge and guidance.
