Beware of Contract terms, once you are with them, leaving is made intentionally difficult. Be sure to send your termination notice recorded delivery as they will ignore it and say it was never recieved.The terms are essentially: Locked in for 2 years, if you dont give notice between 5 and 6 months prior to that end date, it rolls again for another 2 years. They will ignore your calls, requests and post, hand delivery in this specific period is recommended.Also worth noting their service isnt competitive once in use.

the agreed contract rate will increase every year. Mine went up by 40% and this is only in year and a half. Beware! if you sign up for a 2 year contact it will roll over by another 2 years if you do not cancel 5-6months in advance and that too by RECORDED DELIVERY TO THEIR OFFICE ADDRESS. If they wish to cancel the contact they have to give only 30days notice in writing (NOT BY RECORDED DELIVERY). This is a very irresponsible contact by the company and should not be allowed to mess around with small businesses.

Awful company. Once you sign up they'll increase prices gradually so you end up paying above market prices. When you try to switch supplier their rep Faisal Mohammed will claim you're in contract for another 2 years. (We only signed up for 12 months back in 2017). Stay away from that Company! We use Warrington Council now. Much cheaper and very transparent.

Horrible experience. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. Ordered a waste bin with mixed waste. We specifically asked what could go in the bin prior and were told of no restrictions. 3 weeks ago they refused to take our waste as they said it was contaminated with wood. We challenged this and they sent us a leaflet of what couldn't be put in the bin. Wood was not on this list. This was pointed out, to which they then said, its the size of wood. Again, not mentioned anywhere. Fits in the bin and the lid closes just fine. We enquired about termination and the fact that we had 2 weeks worth of waste not taken and they want us to pay 40% of the remaining contract despite not fulfilling their side of the agreement. Today, was ridiculous. They came and removed all the wood from the bin and dumped it on main road, a busy high street, directly outside the front of our office. What kind of company does this. Thankfully there are cameras, so the local council have been informed. They seem to have a serious chip on their shoulders and I would not recommend.

This company is negligent. They have a serious rat problem, as can be witnessed whenever one walks along the canal behind their site. Lots of seagulls are often circling overhead too, suggesting the waste they supposedly manage is not being properly processed. I trust they will be receiving a visit from Environmental Health very soon.

Absolute rip off merchants. Wanted to cancel our contract that was signed years ago and they tell us now that we are on contract until June 2024 as you have to give them so many weeks notice before the end of October or the contract automatically renews for another full year. We now face the prospect of having 4 empty bins emptied several times a week which will have no rubbish in them as our circumstances have changed. Charging us £1000 per month to collect and empty bins with nothing in. My advice is to stay well away.

If there’s no stars to give I would have, absolutely terrible company asked multiple time to replace the faulty bin and not done it oh by the way it’s full and it’s for a food Busines been here for 12 days. Sums it all up they don’t care all they care about is taking money and not delivering a good customer service, save your time and money go somewhere else.

I have had a terrible experience with B&M Waste. I wouldn't give them any stars at all and would advise not to use this service.The service is extremely poor, overpriced, your emails and requests get ignored. Staff are useless, claim to sort out charges for errors they make, instead add charges and deliberately don't email or add notes to your account so there is no record of it.They make it impossible to leave and will hound you for charges they have created even after you terminate your contract.They so called record conversations and when you ask them to go through them they claim that the calls are deleted over time. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have to agree with what other reviews have stated, they sign you up for 12 months at a good price then tie you in to a rolling contract where they can charge whatever they feel like. Cancellation is so hard to do. My contract went up by 49% from the contract price I signed up for . BE CAREFUL AND DON'T BELIEVE THE SALESPEOPLE.......Even after accepting my cancellation I have had to wait 6 months more before I got released and even in that period they lifted the price again......VERY POOR.
