Claire is a brilliant pilates teacher. She keeps things different every week and is great at challenging people according to their abilities / needs. Having a regular massage from Claire enabled me to train for and successfully run my first marathon in June. I would recommend both services wholeheartedly.

Claire is great and the classes are very well designed. I have been going for over a year now and my flexibility has improved tremendously. The more challenging movements come with easy - advanced options so you very much can go at your own pace. Unlike some classes I have attended elsewhere, where you seem to be packed in and the leader can't possibly watch everyone, Claire keeps her classes manageable so she can keep each person on track. It's fun too!
