Manhattan Nails

After just a week I needed to get a nail replaced, I went in earlier today & was told to wait half an hour so I decided to come back later. Later I rang & the woman who took the call hang up on me so I rang again to ask the best time to come in, she said anytime & put the phone down. At this point I'm starting to realise customer service is not their strong point. I went in to have my one nail repaired & was charged £3. I won't be going back here mainly because I feel they use cheap products for the nails which causes them to break easily & also because of their poor communication & customer service.

I went here today for a removal last minute as my independent nail tech (Bootiki Nails) didn’t have time before my appointment with her. I was charged £20 and on inspection by Bootiki The acrylic hasn’t even been removed fully. £20 for removal is extortionate. Extremely expensive.

Omg never seen such rubbish nails never going back again started peeling after 2 days quite rude they hate speaking to you! Bulky things now I got to go elsewhere to correct them! No stars it should be

I don’t even know how i can give them 1 star because it doesn’t deserve to be! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I get my nails done very regularly at places and just chose to try a new place. Waited ages, person doing my nail was very very rude (no customer service at all) they asked for my money half way through them being done which meant they got fluff on and it didn’t come off. After 4 days a nail broke off, the acrylic is also peeling off on other nails! I rang up to ask to get it fixed and if i could have a refund and twice the women hung up on me!!!! im now left after 4 days, spending almost £50 with a ruined peeling awful set. WAS DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN!! Boycott at all costs!

Worst nails I have ever had done only used as usual place could not fit me in what a mistake will never use again

I’ve been going here for a few years now and the staff are very welcoming. The young man in there is who I always book with and he is very friendly and always makes me feel comfortable there. My nails are always at the highest standard and always exactly what I want. Good prices, you pay for what you get and there is a loyalty scheme
