I have been working with Walfinch for a few months now. I have been in the care sector for many years. I left my previous employer due to my bad experience working with them. I then, however, applied for a role with Walfinch. I was lucky to be offered an interview, which was successful. I was extremely pleased with this, as meeting my new managers gave me such a good confidence boost to get back into care work. I’ve never come across a care company so well-run and professional. I was given high-end training and continuous ongoing support, which I still receive. I am spoken to and treated with dignity and respect by all members of the Walfinch team. I plan on progressing in my career with Walfinch.
