“I understand that a post office's primary function is to handle parcels and letters. However, in my two years of dealing with this branch, I've encountered issues that are quite frustrating. The working hours are often shortened, and the branch randomly closes without any notice on Google or the Royal Mail website.Additionally, the lady working at the office appears to be soulless and rude. While I don't mind the attitude, it's concerning that the branch doesn't seem to function smoothly. I'm unsure about their business model with Royal Mail, but it doesn't feel like they are committed to providing quality service.I rate them 1 star.”

I cannot believe after reading the below reviews that the woman working here is still in a job. She’s is disgustingly rude, and a liar! 4 times I have now been in to post something, and it’s a new excuse each time. First she wasn’t trained to send a parcel apparently and it’s not her job and her boss had gone home - I went a week later and the new excuse was that she had shut down the system (a hour early may I add) what is the purpose of her role in there? She looks like she hates customers and her job- if you ask me she needs to be let go! It’s giving the post office such a bad reputation. Disgusting manners and I will be making a formal complaint!

Staff not good. Left feeling a little wound up by just unhelpful they seem to be and bad attitude. The woman just looked at me like I am speaking a strange language with a constant angry face throughout and a angry attitude to me. The man had to speak as she would not speak. Felt he was unhelpful too. Not good.

The directions on the Royal mail website is wrong, so I spent a long time looking for this post office. I've added photos with directions starting from the Exchange Quays tram stop.Apart from that, dropping off the package seemed straightforward

The man is one of the most horrible person ive come across proper rude and unhelpful went to collect my parcel and was just arrogant and unhelpful didnt even look at my phone for proof after looking at the reviews im not the only one who has had this experience would not use at all cost!!!

One star is generous. To echo the other reviews - the lady manning the desk was unbelievably rude and unhelpful, probably best to go to another PO!

sorry this is my second review but I just had to come back and say how disgusting and rude and vile the lady working in there is. She’s so unhelpful and charged me 60p to use the pen to write on my envelope ? Sorry but what type of nonsense. If there’s a petition to get her fired I need to have access to it immediately so I can sign it with speed. She’s just so unpleasant and makes my journeys to the post office hell. I’m sure everyone else can agree seeing the reviews.

Same feeling as others -- very rude lady over the counter. I visited a few times and decided not to go there anymore.Once I went in and wait in the line to collect my parcel, it was before the closing time of the post office, just because of the queuing time and when it comes to me the lady told me they are closed and refused to give me the parcel and I have to go there again, ridiculous.Another time I was trying to return an Amazon parcel and they said they don't provide this service although I brought the parcel as this was what Amazon suggested me.Please avoid this place to keep you mood good over the day, there is no reason for anyone to suffer the bad temper from them.

Lady working here was very rude, shut early which delayed my parcel arriving on time. Waste of time it being there and the lady needs a lesson in customer service
