I'm now on to my 3rd block booking of pole and I do not regret it. I signed up for an hr of me time, and I have gained so much more. I challenge my body and mind every week more than any workout I have ever done even as a qualified PT! My own self confidence has grown. It's thanks to Claire's instructions and also a great group of supportive women who cheer on every little win. Highly recommended!
