Lilliput Kennels

I couldn’t recommend this kennels enough, my 2 small dogs stayed here for a few days while we went away. The kennels seem clean and tidy and the staff very professional and patient. One of my dogs had an eye ulcer during her stay and needed eye drops multiple times throughout the day. They were more than happy to give her the treatment she needed and when she returned to the vets the day after we collected her, the ulcer had fully healed. We couldn’t be more thankful for the care and attention the staff gave, we will definitely use again.

Brilliant kennels my little Bonnie has been in them 5times she loves it staff friendly and go out there way to help you with anything I recommend them

I was recommended to these Kennels by a friend and was very grateful I had been, the service and care is excellent, and the staff were very helpful and caring. It was the first time I'd been apart from him but I was very satisfied he was in safe hands. Don't hesitate to use this facility.

I’ve picked my boy Beau up from lilliput today after 11 days and what a happy little boy he was! The care they’ve given him and the advice that was given to myself shows the love they put into caring for the dogs! Most definitely will use again else thank you so much ⭐️

First visit here for a meet, greet and look around ahead of our dogs staying there. Must say first impressions are very good. Long time since I've put a dog in kennels and they have changed. Clean, tidy, not smelly, very little barking and looks very organised. All the dogs there, when we visited, seemed calm, unstressed and relaxed. I'll review once my two have had their holiday.

Unfortunately I really strongly do not recommend these kennels, especially for first time kennel users or those wanting regular updates on their pups. Firstly, I cannot fault the facilities - they are very modern and clean. As well as this, the owners that we spoke to a few times and that showed us round were lovely & kind. However, there was one member of staff who was extremely rude every time we spoke to him and had absolutely no empathy or care when we mentioned how anxious and nervous we were leaving our lockdown puppy in kennels for the first time. From the first time we spoke on the phone, he constantly complained of how extremely busy they were, offering us no flexibility to go and view the kennels whatsoever. At our viewing that we eventually managed to schedule with one of the lovely owners, we were told we had until 5:30pm on the Saturday to drop our dog off - we arrived at 5pm and were greeted with I thought you weren't coming because you're late." Even though the door we walked through to the office clearly stated that their opening times were 4-5:30pm? The whole interaction was uncomfortable and awkward and we were not made to feel confident leaving our dog there for 9 days. When asked what she would be eating for the duration of her stay

Distraught and upset, I was shocked and upset by the condition of my dogs skin when I picked her up from the kennels today, I left some cream for the staff to put on her skin as she has itchy skin, if not used she will get very sore, the cream has not been used, the man said she has not been itching and did not need the cream. I have now made an appointment at the vets, as her skin is so bad. shortly after visiting the vet for her skin medication she died, im so upset that she was left alone and not given the best of care, I loved her so much, I will never leave any dogs in their care again.
