This week I received a ring that I ordered for my mum. The ring contained a feather that was made using strands of my late sister’s hair and to say it is beautiful is an understatement! They even used different shades of her hair to give the feather texture. It has completely blown me away and my mum is delighted.I asked for the background to be pearlescent like my sisters urn which they couldn’t do, but they said they would add ‘diamond dust’ to give it a similar effect….which is absolutely does.The ring itself is very substantial; I have purchased several items of memorial jewellery since my sister passed but this is head and shoulders above the rest.I felt so well looked after throughout the whole process; they were honest about what they could and couldn’t do, and advised me so well about every aspect.An incredible company with exceptional service. I would give 100 stars if I could!Now planning my next purchase!

We do not recommend the tree of life engraved pendants. We ordered 2 with mums fingerprints and was told because of the poor print it would be smaller due to definition. Ok. But it was just a black mark. They are not engraved in the sense that I understand. The circles don’t lay flat which was explained that due to the clasp breaking it was changed. This wasn’t explained and the brochure still has the old photos of the original clasp. They did try to rectify with a smaller free pendent and we choose to have mums picture. However it’s so dark. It looks like it’s stuck on. So unfortunately we have pendants of mum that we will never wear.The customer services is very good and the person I dealt with was nice and understanding. The packaging and presentation. Of the gift was also lovely.I just wouldn’t recommend the tree of life pendant.
