My barn conversion is 99% complete and is better than I could have hoped at a better price than quoted elsewhere . OK its taken longer than expected and cost a bit more than quoted, but on the other hand that's probably my fault for asking for changes while things were in progress but it is still cheaper than other quotes I had.

Don’t ever have this company to do work for you. Neal the director of the company is a compulsive liar. Started a full renovation in my home in November 2020 & work stopped in February 2021 after paying £20,000 . Made us make early payments because of lockdown dec 20 not to delay he project. Worked stopped in February 21. Blames it on his financial situation and spent all the money we had paid him. Never completed my project and at a £16,000 shortfall. Lies his way through with ill health but is still trading and continues to do the same to others. Rouge trader at its best

Great job. Needed a new roof for my garage quickly. Last one collapsed on me. Neal came out, saw that I was stressing out, I told him my budget and his quote was significantly lower. Very honest. His guys came out and started and finished the job very quickly. Honestly, I am so happy, was a bit worried about some of the reviews on here but after hearing his side of the story, it became quite clear that the majority of the negatives are from the same individual using multiple profiles. So, don't take notice of them. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. Thank you so much Neal & Co. :)

I would stay well clear of using this company , neil and Jamie (Jamie's no longer there ,he's moved on to scam others )talk a very good building project then once agreed the demands for money start to come, they do a very minimal amount of work at a very poor standard ,and then make excuses as to why they haven't turned up,whilst still asking for money for materials they have purchased ,we aren't the first to be ripped off by them and I can guarantee we won't be the last ,he ignores most legal correspondence ,on the times he has replied its been through another member of his cowboy team ,I hope our £60K has made him a happy man as it sure hasn't made my kids happy ,so please avoid this company your better off looking at you tube tutorials and doing the work your self STAY WELL CLEAR

I am a property developer. I update, renovate and resell property. Neil and I have worked together overmany years, renovating and rebuilding various properties it has always been a joy. Had neal to do our extension found him very easy to work with and has done a quality job. Very professional person and nothing was too big for neal he even put up with us changing our minds over a few things

Strange to see negative reviews on here ! I have dealt with Neal for a number of years and found him to be honest and reliable throughout. He has just finished renovating our own house and is about to do some work on a rental property for us. His prices have always been exceptional, but having been a customer for the last 10 years or so I may be getting preferential rates. I have also recommended him to friends of mine, thus far with no issues, and in fact has almost finished a barn conversion for one of them which seems to be going well.Unfortunately we seem to live in a world of entitled keyboard warriors and to be honest I find it sickening that a hard working man's reputation can be damaged by any random person with an axe to grind.

APMS demolished my home and left it inhabitable- all the while, benefiting from a hefty profit of my hard earned money and then stopped all communication! The work carried out was assessed and was deemed substandard. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are several other customers who have been left out of pocket and homeless as a result!!!!!!
