Initial Swim School

Initial Swim School is fantastic, I would highly recommend it. Both my children have learned to swim with Initial Swim School, all the teachers are friendly, patient and kind. My son is a very strong swimmer and has learnt a plethora of strokes, thoroughly enjoying his lessons. My daughter was terrified of the water to begin with but with the teams patience and dedication, she is now swimming in the big pool with Judith and loving swimming underwater and learning how to dive! Thank you, Jenny, Lindsay and Judith - swimming is such an important life skill.

Brilliant swim lessons for my daughter, she has had lessons from both Lindsay and Jenny. Both are a credit to the business, Sophie loves to get in to the water now (with a massive splash) and the progress she has made has been brilliant.

Absolutely great swim school. My son loves it and really enjoys swimming. Great instructors. My son is taught by Jenny and she's really sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend initial swim school.

This review is purely based on their customer service or lack thereof. Initially contacted them in July, left voicemails. Contacted in August and in September. Did not bother returning any of the calls or messages.

Fantastic swim school. My eldest daughter has been swimming for almost 3 yrs now and from a little girl who was very scared of the water she now swims with Judy and is a strong confident swimmer. My 3 year old started in September and is really coming on with her strokes. Fantastic teachers I cannot recommend highly enough. Claire

Cannot fault this brilliant swim school! I was recommended to them by a friend! My son started 2 years ago and is flying through badges and safety lessons! My daughter started a year ago and is now going for her 100m badge! Lindsay and Judith are truly brilliant teachers!

Both my children have now learnt at Initial Swim school. They went from being nervous in the water to confident and competent swimmers in the deep end doing all different strokes. Lindsay and Judith were both amazing and fantastic teachers, would highly recommend to anyone for learning such an important life skill.

I'm so happy I found Initial Swim School after my daughter's previous classes shut down.Jenny has the patience to make sure each new swimmer feels safe in the water and didn't mind being used to cling on to.Once my daughter moved up to the deep end under Judith's teaching she's become even more confident in the water and out swims me now.Swimming to me is an extremely important skill to have and these ladies are brilliant at teaching all ages.
