I tried to do a UPS delivery but guy in the store was too lazy to do anything. 0 customers and said he was too busy whilst he was sat down. Had to cycle another 10 minutes up beechwood to find next drop off point

Disgusting service! UPS never works and the owner couldn’t even be bothered to enter the code manually! Laziest person ever! Will never ever go there ! One star is too much!

I witnessed a girl around 19/20 being shouted at in the shop by the guy who owns it yesterday just for looking around to see what she wanted to buy, he seemed drunk! I walked out. Terrible attitude on him

Very rude and bad customer service and even 1 star is too much for him. Every time I go there to return a UPS parcel he says the system in not working or if you come over the weekend he would say come on Monday! Your job is to receive parcels from customers not to ask them to come on other time!

Best supermarket in pill.the staff are extremely helpful.they sell absolutely everything and any requests for something not in stock they will try and get it for you.plenty of staff to serve you at the till.unlike asda where you stand in the queue for as long as you're doing the shopping and only 1 til open!! Beerbusters prices and special offers are just brilliant and they're open til 11pm.what more do you want.
