We had a few companies come to quote for damp, timber and mould problems we were having, most of these company's quotes were done in a few minutes in the £thousands.Steve from All About Damp went above and beyond, arranging to come back for a more extensive look and helping take up floorboards (without causing damage) before he could diagnose the actual problem and give an accurate quote. He didn't do any unecessary expensive work that he could've easily sold us with our lack of damp-knowledge, provided reassurance and useful information throughout the process, and from start to finish the whole service was quick, clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier and will use All About Damp for any future problems (although thanks to Steve I don't think this will be necessary!) . 100% would reccomend.

I phoned all about damp" for some advice about a moisture problem i was having in my bungalow. A gent called steve asked me to send some photos of the problem and within seconds he called me back and offered sound advice where other companies wouldnt (unless they could charge a call out fee and look at the job).Steve instantly knew the problem and gave me sound advice and instruction how to rectify the problem myself.A Genuine feel from this company after a simple conversation so i would highly recommend. Highly recommend! Steve came down to have a look at a problem in our kitchen and utility room and was very friendly and professional. He advised us to try something ourself before ripping out half a wall. If we ever have another issue we will definitely be using them again.

We live in a house with no cavity in the walls and suffered quite badly from condensation, damp and mould. Heard about Steve from a friend who then came down to see us and talked about a PIV system and left us some information to read.We decided to go ahead and order one from him. It was one of the best things we have done. Within a few days the condensation had gone. We have had it in now for over a year and it's brilliant. Would highly recommend the PIV system to anyone suffering with damp or condensation. A massive thank you to Steve who is very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us.
