Omg, I don't know what to say, these guys are brilliant, I walked in and got 110% service, my phone fell in the water and they examined the phone, cleaned it up and did not charge me a dime, they were so kind and even the manager gave my little one a free fan, I must admit, this is exceptional service, kindness and respect was shown, highly recommended...

Terrible experience from the past I left 2 laptops and they kept the laptop for over 2 months keep saying the same excuse then I demanded to take my laptop back and it was in a even worse situation I took it to another shop and they told me who ever was trying to fix it stole my RAM they kept the computer for 2 months just to steal My Comouter parts either they stole it or forgot to put it back but I belive they just put it into somone else’s computer as they thought I wasn’t coming back for it terrible exprience

The service was good and very quick - 1 hour for a screen replacement for an iPhone 11. There was an option for a regular screen or premium screen - I opted for premium for £120.00 or thereabouts. The screen has been working well! There is also 1 year warranty which I hopefully won't have to use...!

I have to say Fix local is a very well run business. I am most acquainted with the shop next to Chel West hospital and they have gone an extra mile for me which I truly appreciate both iPhone screen wise and mac wise. A friendly bunch too which makes a difference.

A belated review but I want to say a big thank you to Vinston who patiently helped me sort out several old phones I was donating to charity. He was a very kind. 10/10 service and I will use his store again when I have any issues with my electronics.

amazing !!got my phone screen replaced in 20 minutes, the lovely rep was so so nice and informational and my camera and face ID is working again despite doubts !!!also the cheapest place i found in londonhighly recommend

I went to Apple about my EarPods they told I need to replace both, went to fix local they cleaned them and they work like new again… amazing quick service
