I have have used Norvetts for both renovation rewiring work, two new build houses and also numerous small jobs around the house Mark has always been super helpful with suggestions about lighting design, they are responsive, extremely knowledgable and the electricians are always extremely nice and pleasant to have working in my home.

My partner and I have been renting in Alfriston while we look for a place to buy. We recently offered on a property in the area that we knew was going to need electric work. Norvett was the first business I had planned to reach out to for services, as they are local to the village. However due to a very unprofessional interaction we had with someone from the business we have chosen not to be customers.

I spoke to Mark about buying a HiFi mains conditioner. He was really helpful and even made enquiries with the British manufacturer regarding some questions I had. The process was really smooth, and due to lockdown, the delivery was excellent. Just plugged in my Puritan Audio Labs PSM156. Its a great product at a great value price compared to the usual suspects of Isol8 and Isotek. The Puritan came well packaged in a double box.I would recommend Mark and Norvett. Norvetts rewired and installed our home LX when it was being refurbished. They did a great job and have followed up with help since. What was great was their offer of suggestions for layouts and and designs of systems and we love the little details they added and how they adapted to our needs. Totally professional but a great friendly local service too. Recommended.

After receiving payment for item and sending me confirmation of my order, did not send the item. Contacted them 4 days after order (because they never contacted me for my address verification) to ask about my item and was told to send a proof of my adress or they will cancel my order and just send the money back. Paid with paypal that i've been using for 8-10 years, that has a verified address and i've NEVER been asked to verify anything with any retailer. Bought a marantz receiver from Peter Tyson 2 weeks ago and paid with paypal. What a surprise when i got my avr in 2 days... and what a surprise that norvett receipt that they sent me had my address, billing address which is provided by paypal, my phone number and my email. But they didn't even bother to contact me...Guess the only reason was that i used a easter discount code. Very rude staff when i spoke to them on the phone, no respect to their customers. Avoid this retailer!!! And avoid their poor excuse below.

I moved into a new property and the electrics where a nightmare. I rang a few places up and norvett managed to sort me out a grate price. A couple of guys turned up and sorted out my lights, sockets, and a grate deal on a new mains board. They are not the cheapest but you get a grate service and good quality equipment for the money you do spend
