We had a great overnight stay, the rooms were comfortable (the bathroom was a bit small) nice selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Beautifully decorated through the hotel with seasonal decs such a love touch with wreaths on every bedroom door. The staff were very friendly. Will certainly return

We got married here in July and we had the most amazing day. The whole team were amazing before and during the day. They helped our vision come true and the space we had to do this was perfect. We unfortunately had rain on the day but they helped us create a plan the day before and none of our guest knew that it wasn’t the plan and it all ran so smoothly. Ourselves and some of our guests stayed in the hotel the night before and the day of and they were lovely. The staff also made it possible for us to all have breakfast together the morning of the wedding and the day after and allowing other family to join that weren’t staying in the hotel which was a lovely way to end our celebrations! Thank you to all the team for everything you did to ensure our day was perfect.

We didn't stay in the Miramar, but had Sunday lunch which was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. One thing we found irritating was the ridiculous disclaimer signing in order my 86 year old mother-in-law take home a piece of chicken from the lunch which she couldn't eat then, but thought she'd have for later on a small sandwich. She was very embarrassed at the disclaimer signing and probably won't visit the restaurant againas a result.I do understand establishments being wary of personal injury claims of food poisoning due to potential of incorrectly reheating meat off the premises but maybe a better way to deal with such a request in future is to explain the hotel policy of signing a disclaimer form before brandishing it about and embarrassing guests.

Lovely views and location. We were in a recently decorated room that was lovely with a Seaview balcony. First time we've had a room without a bath which was a shame. It was a Christmas party and unfortunately we didn't get the usual fantastic level of service we're used to from the Miramar and the vegetarian option of pea risotto was vile.

Hubby booked this for my 40th, its a stunning hotel and the suite was beautiful. The staff were friendly and it was quiet even though there were Christmas parties on downstairs. Can't wait to go back!

Didn't stay here, but I met with friends for dinner, which was very nice and the staff were very friendly. My only negative was that there was a very small bar with very limited choice of drinks. Outside in the garden area was very nice.

Amazing location on cliff top approximately 10i min walk to Bournemouth pier. However quite a hill to walk up on the way back.Beautiful wedding location. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a suite with a balcony which gave us more room and a mini fridge. The hotel provides accessible rooms with walk in showers if required and one lift. The staff were out of this world to make it a memorable break. There is a 10% service charge

We had the most wonderful stay. The staff couldn't do enough for us before we came and while we were staying. The room was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views off the balcony across the whole of the beach.I would recommend booking directly with the hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is lovely and we had a lovely room. To start with the staff came across as pleasant although we were slightly disappointed by the lack of filling in our salmon and cream cheese club sandwich when we first arrived.Breakfast was our first real disappointment. Although an hour before breakfast was finished, the staff were more focused on rearranging the room for another event making the room an obstacle course. We were told there was only one table available which was squeezed into a corner. There was barely enough space to get into the carver chair and although the breakfast room had stunning views, where we were placed didn’t.I chose smoked haddock and poached egg. The haddock was the tail end and there was more skin than fish.My wife, despite the price we had already paid, had to pay £5.50 extra for Egg’s Benedict (poached eggs on ham on muffin coated with hollandaise sauce). The ham was wafer thin.We were only there for one night so we didn’t make a fuss. However on paying up, I thought I would mention they had let themselves down at breakfast. The comment was completely ignored. So when I saw a manager pass I commented to him. It turned out he was the operations manager and was no more interested than the receptionist
