Annette is lovely & nothing is too much trouble..The warehouse staff are also good.Sadly,the counter staff are not good.I have found them to be unhelpful,impatient,rude, indifferent,blunt & totally lacking in customer service & people skills.I will not be using this company ever again & would not recommend them to anyone.

Visited with missus(21 March 22)searching out kitchen cupboards/doors.Plenty of choice where colour and style is concerned, but even then, we couldn't find our measurement or colour.There's offers, and the prices on these and general construction fixtures/fitting etc are good. The hours are convenient if you're at work.In any case however, I would check these people out whenever I am sprucing up my property, without having to break the bank.

Very patronising to my dad despite explaining he had cancer hence he was carrying a sputum bowl as he has terminal esophageal and tracheal cancer ..the bloke joked it was a potty. The customer service was awful he didn't listen to my dad on several occasions and in the end the wood panel we decided to take away rather than order we were told was £20..when I queried the price as on the shelf it said £11 he said we don't sell any panel doors for less than £20..when a colleague checked ..despite the panel door being in the wrong place it was only £10 so not only was he wrong about his own stock he was dismissive rude and patronising..my dad had previously ordered a whole bathroom wood panelled suite from there ..he said he would never go back there again.

I recently bought and had my new kitchen fitted by Swift Save. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for them. Annette was so lovely and the fitters were trustworthy and reliable. I am really pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, lots of kitchens and bathrooms to choose from.. cheap! Offer floor plan and measurement service for free. Highly recommended company and service

We bought a kitchen with bespoke extra-tall wall cabinets from Swiftsave 2 years ago; I didn’t review until now to see how it stood up over time.It’s still stunningly beautiful, their support during the build was exceptional and the guys who fitted in were also extremely professionalWe thoroughly recommend them

Had a kitchen refurb and i am delighted with the results. Mark did an excellent job of measuring and advising, thank you Mark. The fitters did a great job, their work is a high standard and they left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day, thank you Kev and Paul, and I have to give a special thanks to Jess who dealt with all my questions and anxieties, Jess, you have so much patience! I am thrilled with the result, the kitchen is good quality and just what i wanted! I highly recommend this company and their goods, Thanks to you all for making it possible.

We are currently getting our house refurbed and have popped into Swift Save a few times now. Always has a great choice of products and is reasonably priced. Customer service is great too, especially Mark. We will be back again soon! :) Thank you, Aman & Dhan

Recently had a kitchen fitted. The fitters Nathan and Jason were absolutely brilliant! Their goal from the beginning was to ensure everything was as l wanted it to be. Excellent workmanship throughout and always left the site clean and tidy each day. I am so pleased with the finished result. It looks fantastic.The purchasing and planning stage with Mark was fine. The worrying part for me was when l paid the deposit. Mark had told me the fitting cost which was acceptable as l know how costs have risen. When l paid the deposit Mark said pay the fitters a specific amount and tell them l have had my cut. Alarm bells rang. 'CUT' What does that mean? What happened to the £1500 l paid to him for fitting, which he seems to have kept out of the total fitting fee? I certainly hope the fitters get it as they earned it. I paid Mark for all the units, appliances and services (collecting burnable rubbish) in my bill.The units are excellent quality and l am pleased with everything else. I just found the paying of fitting money should go directly to the fitters as they earned it all! Thanks Nathan and Jason an excellent job.

We had our kitchen updated. It was first class service from start to finish. Mark at Swiftsave was very professional and helped us choose what we wanted. The kitchen fitters provided were first class, and had lots of patience as I decided I didn't like the worktop when it was delivered and ordered a new one which put them a day behind. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and would definitely recommend if you need a new kitchen or just an update.Thank you Mark and the kitchen fitters for an excellent job well done.
