I have used SHC a few times now for hiring equipment and always been great. Equipment is always good quality and in good order. I have my own electrical generator which sadly broke last week so I needed one at short notice to complete a job, luckily SHC had one in and got it ready straight away for me. While there I mentioned my broken generator and they infomred me they fix machinery too! I dropped it to them at the end of the same day, first thing the following morning I had an update and told which part was needed to fix it. I dropped the part into them mid day Friday and I had a message within a few hours that it was ready to collect. Have just collected it and the bill was very reasonable. No longer will I be servicing/repairing my generator myself the service and the price of SHC is excellent, I cannot fault it in any way at all! They always come out and offer help to get heavy equipment into your vehicle too, you never have to ask for it! Please pass on my thanks to your team they are a credit to your company!
