Pub Yoga

As a long time yoga lover, I'm so pleased to have found Tori's classes. Beautiful yoga that also allows all abilities to get their heart rate up (in the best way) I don't know what magic she pours into the room, but this weeks lesson left me feeling the best I have in ages. I can't recommend the class enough and as the cherry on top its a pleasure to join the class for drinks and chat after. Yoga and community, you really couldn't ask for more.

I highly recommend Pub Yoga with Waveney Flow. Tori is a fantastic yoga instructor and very welcoming. It's lovely practicing yoga by the river in summer and the sociable drink afterwards is a well deserved bonus!

Went along to the couples ‘date night yoga’ which was very welcoming, fun and relaxing. Not at all intimidating and Tori made everyone feel very relaxed and comfortable, whatever their ability. A good balance of friendly and professional!Will definitely be joining the Wednesday night pub yoga - beautiful atmosphere to do a little yoga. The whole concept is a fantastic idea ☺️
