What can I say after a difficult Sale the team did amazing, helpful, professional and attentive to our needs, we cannot say enough Kerry worked so hard and a big shout out to Brandon and the girls they all helped a stressful time become manageable

Firstly we would just love to thank Simon the mortgage advisor, without him a mortgage would’ve been impossible, he has been through the whole of the ups and downs with us and he’s took all the stress, off us and off others he really did look after us! Appointments were always great, it was always lovely to have a laugh as well as be serious regarding the mortgage side of things. Apprehensive at first we are so so glad we chose Simon to help us, well worth it if you want the best mortgage deal!Now we’d love to thank the rental department, Billy, Harry and Georgia. We was in our rental 4 years before coming out of it they have been great for the whole time. They have supported us with the process of coming out of the rental to get someone in as quickly as possible, Billy especially has been a huge help to us and has kept us updated with everything we’ve needed to know/do etc.thank you all so much for being so professional and friendly, would highly recommend Bairstow Eves Cannock!

Brandon, Jas and Kerry have been absolute stars with the valuation, viewings and sale of my house, right through to completion. I was kept informed throughout each process and never left in the dark. They made sure the price was right and that the right buyer walked through the door, there was no wasting time. My father looked at the staff of Bairstows in Cannock like a part of his extended family and would often pop in for a chat. After his passing it was only fitting that we used their services to sell his flat. They treated the whole process with respect and professionalism which made a difficult process so much easier.
