Highly recommend!I went with my fiance to get an engagement ring and wedding ring. (The engagement ring needed resizing due to stock in branch). The service Carla provided was faultless. To have such an amazing service on a memorable occasion was a blessing.Thank you Carla:)

Excellent service after going to the branch after ordering online and the order being cancelled. Spoke to customer services on the phone and the manager at the store sorted an order replacement to be delivered to the store. I was on my lunch and was able to collect the receipt after work having received a phone call to say it was ready. I will definitely purchase from thus store again. All staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We bought our wedding rings from the Oldham branch, we also had my engagement ring cleaned and the service was fabulous. The wedding rings arrived in store very quickly as did my engagement ring. The assistant who dealt with us was Ellie-Jayne, she was very friendly, pleasant and helpful,
