A very infuriating experience. They refused to give me a refund after ruining our blackout blinds.Yes, I read the risks with dry cleaning and signed the paper work. BUT! Nowhere on the paperwork mentioned ‘fabrics could fuse together’They said to me that this was a common problem and said that Dunhelm will pay.I went to dunhelm to explain what happened, and the manager kindly assured me that if it was a common problem. They’d discontinue the particular curtain sales. And that she uses a dry cleaning service and nothing to report.I went back to Timpsons to ask for a refund and they refused. So I’m gathering then with them it’s a ‘pays your money, takes your choice’. Will NOT recommend Timpsons to anyone.

I always take 5 shirts for the deal of £9 for 5 shirts... a saving on the £2.50 a shirt. On this occasion I mistakenly brought only 4 shirts, but they insisted on charging me £10! What kind of shocking commercial sense do these guys have?! I felt like asking them to wash and iron a shirt twice to save a £1. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future,they've lost a customer for life over pettiness.

Replaced watch strap and watch battery. Excellent and quick service. Highly recommended. Professional experts to give watches a new lease of life. Took care of products. Thank you
