Our eldest has just left Willows to start school - he was in the Pre-School barn. We transferred him from another nursery as we were concerned he was not getting the mental stimulation and learning assistance we wanted. We have nothing but praise for the staff in the Barn. Drop off can be difficult with a youngster but at pickup he was always excited and happy. One of the real benefits is the Farm which they visit regularly and is the highlight of the day!We also saw an improvement in learning following the move.

Very disorganised nursery, staff doesn't seem to care for wellbeing of the children, hygiene is 0 points, I am finding it very dirty, sons clothes all over the nursery taking us 20 mins every day to find them (if we find them) Terribly unhappy about it.

My twins have recently started at Willows and I am very happy and impressed with everything so far. The communication from Reina, in Admin has been excellent. All the staff in the Pre toddlers room are very welcoming, friendly and supportive. There is a lovely positive, atmosphere at the nursery. You can see how amazing the staff are with the children and they have been great at helping my babies to settle in. I am very excited to see them develop and flourish at Willows.

My son loves Willows Farm Nursery. All the staff are great, he has been going since he was 1 and he is 3 now, just moving into pre-school. They make the transition easy and comfortable. Highly recommend. About to start my second little one in a few months!

My daughter has gone from strength to strength at the pre school. The staff are so kind and she does so many different activities. I recommend it as a caring environment that also nurtures & challenges pre school children.

The high turnover of staff and lack of consistency is concerning, as it can have a negative impact on the development of the children in their care. Children need stability and consistency in their caregivers to feel safe and secure, and constant turnover can be disruptive to their routines and progress.Furthermore, the poor development of children is a red flag for any nursery. Early childhood is a critical time for learning and development, and it's essential that nurseries provide an environment that fosters growth and developmentThe lack of honesty from management is also alarming, as it can erode trust between parents and the nursery. Transparency and open communication are crucial for building a strong relationship between families and their child's caregivers.Lastly, a poor Ofsted rating is a clear indicator that this nursery is not meeting the standards expected of them. While ratings are not everything, a consistently low rating can be cause for concern.Overall, it seems that this nursery has several areas for improvement. If you are a parent considering this nursery for your child, it may be wise to look for alternative options

Please consider other options before sending your child (especially baby) here. Read the reviews and reports/ complaints to Ofsted. Don’t be sucked in by the fact it’s on a farm. Our experience is that management is poor. The Handling of a serious safeguarding issue and complaint about staff in the baby room was mishandled and poorly communicated with parents. The manager lied about what happened and what was communicated with parents.Senior staff from head office were brought in to take over the situation. They were not interested in rebuilding trust and repairing relations at this point but instead offered refunds.A bad atmosphere amongst staff was picked up on the same day prior to the incident. This is not the small nurturing environment we had hoped for but instead a conveyor belt establishment that in our experience doesn’t prioritise the welfare and care of the children, parents and staff .

Our two kids are at nursery and pre-school here and they love it. The staff are all really friendly, and the boys love the place.
