Period Property Store

Bought 4 slab mosaics with damage to all of them. I called up and was advised to send photos. I waited 2 weeks for a response but didn’t hear anything. So I had to call again to reorder. They sent me 1, but I just think it showed poor business etiquette and that customer’s satisfaction was of little concern.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Period Property Store. I ordered tiles - after I placed the order I received a phone call to organise a convenient delivery time. All my questions were answered and I also received useful tips regarding installation. I went on to purchase cleaning products which arrived in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this company.

Poor service and rude. Adam clearly needs a lesson is customer service.I also bought tiles with free delivery only to be emailed that the order doesn't qualify for free delivery even though it was indicated otherwise on their website at the point of purchasing. Don't waste your time. - Copied this from the second review as it couldnt be more accurate.I also went through the whole purchasing process, checked out and paid with a confirmation for a free delivery without seeing this at all.I have cancelled my order and ordeded direclty from the manufacturer. Wont be using again nor recommending.

I was initially impressed with this company and had used them a number of times. My most recent experience was bad, I agreed with them to return £100 worth of items and am yet to be refunded 6 months later despite lots of emails and phone calls, awful customer service they have just stopped replying to me, not what you would expect from a reputable company. Great range of products but I would never use them again now.

Ordered tiles and they were delivered with several short, meaning I have an unfinished project. Initially I thought it was just one short for one tile pattern and that I had accidentally ordered short of another. Upon checking my order confirmation I realised they had missed out a whole box, and I in fact had not made a mistake- they missed out a box of 10, and on another box of 10, they actually only provided 9, shorting me by 11 overall. One member of staff offered to help before Adam stepped in and said they wouldn't- he said this is my stance" despite their very ambiguous T&C's

Initially placed my order with another online retailer who let me down badly, spoke with the team at PPS several times from my initial enquiry / order, to checking progress and confirming delivery status, prompt friendly responses every time.I would've given 5 stars, but my delivery was late, however this was more the fault of the supplier.

Not sure they're in business anymore - they took the money for my order but only sent some of the items and now can't raise a response by phone or email.
