Been with them for over 20 years was advised by reception to rebook my appointment , then gave me another, all good. I repeated the day twice. (TUESDAY)When I arrived on said day receptionist told me I had missed my appointment it was yesterday, I explained the lady had said today I confirmed twice, she had said Tuesday but entered the date 15th, which was the Monday the day before, my fault ? Apparently it was and now I have been refused treatment even though I broke my tooth in half, three weeks ago and have been waiting to see the dentist. Now I have no dentist because I defaulted twice again on the advice of the receptionist to cancel my original appointment.It's all about money, if I was private I would have been given an appointment. The receptionist there have never been on the friendly side and are quite condescending. I have been I pain for three weeks and now been taken off the books , no patient care or duty of care. Its a pity because the dentist is really good . However they are all there to push for private work, funny they can't help on NHS but can work wonders privately. Was with the practice before My Dentist" took over and its gone downhill since then. Duty of Care has completely gone"

Awful service. Paid for a private appointment yesterday for wisdom tooth removal. I explained that I could not open my jaw properly due to my tooth ulcerating my cheek, but the dentist tried to force an instrument in my mouth to perform an x-ray. I winced in pain and only then did she explain she could offer an alternative x-ray that goes around my head and did not require anything being inserted in my mouth. She then told me she did not have the expertise to remove the tooth so would need to refer me elsewhere which could be a 2 week wait! She suggested I continue to dose up on ibuprofen in the mean time, despite the fact this was not managing the pain already. I left and called another private dentist in Hornchurch, was seen on the same day and they removed the tooth there and then with no issues! I will never return to mydentist in Barking again.

I read the review of this practice. Some are good, Some are bad. But I gave it a goal. I turned out the bad reviews was true. Faced it yesterday myself.The dentist was very rude, pretended to be friendly in the beginning but not last long. When I asked her questions that I didn't understand, she rolled her eyes and made very big sign. Gave me the expression that she didn't want to answer anything and it waste her time for next customer.Next, I need to do Xray, I told her from the beginning that I prefer to do the X-ray from outside. (OPG). But she insist to do small X-ray film that has to insert into your mouth. She insisted many times against my wills. When she put X-ray film in my mouth, I can feel that it cut in to my under tongue area and she said to me Its plastic

I am so disappointed after my appointment I left the dentist losing my smile. The man that cleaned my teeth left stains on it. I actually regret going my teeth was looking better before I went and clean and actually could show my teeth and smile. So stressful especially I have to wait so long to go back and have a different person.

Saw the hygienist, Mihaela Maciuca, today and both her and her assistant were very efficient and professional and made me feel totally at ease. Very friendly service and would definitely recommend.

I contacted MyDentist locally and my experience was positive from the first minute.The dental receptionists are very friendly and patient. To my surprise, I did not have to wait months for my dental appointment, which, after the situation with the pandemic, is very lucky.I was very impressed that on the MyDentist, Longbridge Road website you can find information about the medical team such as GDC registration numbers, qualifications and experience.In addition, the principle of corporate responsibility inspires trust and respect.I am very glad that I was accepted as a patient at the MyDentist clinic and I was lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Christine Man.Dr. Man made an extremely positive impression on me from the first minute of communication. She is a very kind and friendly, highly qualified and knowledgeable doctor, an expert in her field. Dr. Christine Man has excellent communication skills and she is compassionate.During the pandemic, I had a lot of problems with my teeth and I was very worried that it would be difficult to fix them. However, after the doctor carefully examined my teeth and discussed the treatment plan with me, I knew that I was in good hands.My treatment is coming to an end and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Man restored my front teeth and transformed my smile.I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Christine Man and her wonderful assistant Lavinia, who has a strong work ethic, cares about the quality of her work, is friendly, calm, understanding, patient and caring.I also would like to express my gratitude to the dental receptionists of the MyDentist clinic for their excellent work.

Was given this practices number by 111, they said my details were sent to this practice and I should call them to arrange an emergency appointment, Lady on the phone said no appointments for NHS Patients nor are accepting NHS patients, I said but your on the panel on the 111 and they’ve asked me to call you, receptionist said we only have appointments for private patients if you want to pay £60 then I can book , spoken to 111 and informed them who said if that’s the case they will at taking this practice off their panel of dentists.Appointments available if you pay £60 otherwise no appointments unreal!! All about the money!!

I have had the best experience at this dentist, I started dental treatment last year as I was borderline gym disease and today I am now almost clear of it. Michaela has been wonderful and helped so much. My gums are so much healthier!

My hygienist Mihaela Maciuca has really helped me. I first saw her at least two years ago, and my gums are now healthy and noticeably better. They are no longer sore and no longer bleed when flossing or brushing. She is kind, gentle and really supportive. I would recommend her. I would also like to thank her for helping me!
