It is what it is. Cheap, sorry, no! inexpensive cards. Hence the place qas ram packed. A small shop so very difficult to move around and see the selection. Got most of what I wanted but got fed up being pushed and shoved as people tried to negotiate the narrow aisle and display stands. So left without getting all I wanted. Hence a 4 not 5 star

Was a little disappointed that I couldn't get all the Christmas cards that I wanted. Safety measures in this store not very good, to many people don't understand the 2 metre rule.

I find the card factory in the royals shopping centre far to small and there is always a mum with small child in a buggy blocking the aisle or an elderly person with a walking aidI will only go in that store as a quick emergency when I've forgotten a birthdayThe store down the high street is great loads of space easy to walk around and browse enough till so your not bumping into everythingFar nicer store with much better selection and better for the organised people

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We went to this branch of card factory for the first time whilst we were in Southend. I was with my wife and 3 children age 5,6,7 may i add that my children were very well behaved and not making any noise and just picking some gifts for themselves after 2 minutes in the shop A very rude assistant (SUE) approached us and asked us to hurry up and buy what we want, i asked if they were closing on which she aggressively replied NO BUT I HAVE WORK TO DO!" My children were scared and shaken by her aggressive behavior
