Absolutely rubbish, the receptionists are arrogant, useless and dismissive and think they are at least qualified doctors giving unsolicited medical advice which surely is illegal? If you are lucky enough to get a phone appointment, dare you not have a day job as they will only ring for 3 seconds and hang up and if you call back they will not talk to you. If you manage to get an appointment with any doctor or that unbearable male nurse you are in for a shame trip as they will be so arrogant and look down on you and make you feel you wasted their time which you are paying for anyway. One of the worst combination of people you could come across.

This practice is effective in meeting my needs. The receptions are usually busy, but helpful. The doctors are attentive and informative. Its nurses are professional yet personable too.Sometimes booking an appointment can take a bit long, but usually I have one within two days.Very happy to use this surgery.

Saw Dr malik on Thursday, never seen him before but for the first time at the surgery I have to say he is the first doctor who has taken the time to explain and clarify every thing he said and did, and didn't rush though everything, nive and polite as well,

Condescensing doctors, treat you as if your a child when they can not do their job properly, I am currently fighting for my baby to get the correct help she needs due to lack of care for their patients.Dr Abbas should not be a Doctor.

Worst StaffThe time over the phone is always 30min or more and if you go directly to the surgery, women over the counter are talking to each other coz that is more important rather than attending phone or patients. The patient record is different on each computer may be, coz at one counter the lady said she couldn't find my record and on the other computer, she found and printed it for me.Their doctors, staff, nurses all are just there to make money. they don't care and listen to what you need. The government should make a surveillance team to monitor especially all the government sectors.

Wost place and doctors to nurses allso terrible, staff rude all the time never can reach them on the phone all ways they have excuses , im surprised how they allowed to practice on this area.

phoning over 150+ times just to be cut off, the number isn’t recognised and user busy. 1 receptionist is so rude was told “ooo” in as sarcastic tone because i asked for a call back but i wasn’t ill and didn’t require an appointment.

This gp is bad because you can never get to the doctor at the reception they don't want to make a doctor's appointment when you call they have a problem with it
