Cut Above were recommended by a neighbour. Every aspect of the job in question ran smoothly, from the guy who came along to take details of the various bits and pieces I needed dealing with in the garden, to the prompt quotation (which I felt was very reasonable) and finally on the day in question .. .. .. The team arrived when they said they would. They worked solidly all day with a short break for lunch (in the garden), removing a fairly large old fruit tree, some overgrown hedging and some overhanging sycamore branches. All the debris was removed and the garden was left considerably tidier than it was when they arrived! Fantastic. Very happy to recommend them

From the first meeting to discuss a quotation the finished job I can highly recommend this company. Very professional, Very competitive, fantastic staff and the site was, as promised left totally clean. A five star company.

Pros: Job done swiftly and effectively.Cons: Despite my suggestion of moving garden furniture further away before starting the work, the workmen did eventuallt move it astonishingly 80 feet away ( why so far) halfway through the job. They did not bring these back, and I found out they were broken when I retrieved them.Christian, of A Cut Above, told me he prides in their workmen's honestly and that they never lie, that my furniture was either already broken or so old that it broke in transit and I was speculating they broke it.I was asked to provide photographs to prove their surgeons broke the furniture. So I did, but I asked how photographs would prove anything? Of course they didn't.Update:Had to change my review from 3 star to 1 star after receiving the reply from A Cut Above (ACA)." Full marks to the 'A Cut Above' team for their highly efficient and friendly service! I rang them on Tuesday, Christian visited on Wednesday to assess, and the work was completed over two days during the following week. The team arrived on time on both days and worked like Trojans through several torrential downpours to prune our 4 large trees and two bushes - always with good humour. I'm so pleased I found this firm; I highly recommend their work and will definitely use them again. I was particularly impressed with their efficient communication via text and email.

Had a wonderful experience with the team last week in Addlestone. The lads were very friendly, polite and did an excellent job. Highly recommend and would certainly use them next time the oak trees need a trim! Thanks again :)

Pruned 2 laurel and one conifer hedge. We have used them before for tree work and we are happy to recommend them. Price was as quoted. They turn up on time and their work is of a high standard. Always friendly and polite they make sure you are happy with the job and tidy up before they leave.
