Fantastic Team with Porsche Centre Solihull.I received fantastic customer service here every time I visited even if I didn't buy the car from Solihull centre but Silverstone. The beautiful customer service ladies and service team make me feel great especially Mr. Sam Walker. I am new to the U.K. and Porsche. He explained everything to me very patiently.Very disappointed with Silverston centre. I took delivery of my car a year ago. I supposed the centre would have checked and ensure everything is right before delivery. I have to air my tyres on the first day of delivery. Besides, I have also filling up the engine oil twice within a year. Front and back tyres are not the same brand. No car tracking chips are being provided. I suspected Silverstone centre didn't check and maintain good performance before delivery. I did my 1st car service at Solihull centre. Fortunately Mr. Walker assisted me to rectify all the problems of my car. I am so pleased. He is definitely an asset to Solihull centre.

I would like to personally thank Joshua for his above and beyond reproach with my transaction. His attention to detail, generosity and forthcoming nature was refreshing and thoroughly appreciated. He is a highly valuable asset to his team! The senior management should take note of this gentleman and reward him accordingly!

Stopped off at Porsche Solihull to charge the car on a filming trip to South Wales.As always the centre was pristine and the customer service was exceptional.The free coffee and cake while the car gets fed is always a welcome bonus.Always a destination stop when travelling South in the EV.

Very very poor customer service. Been chasing them since February for information. 5 months of calling once a week and being promised without fail everytime that someone will call me back. Nothing. Last person I spoke to was supposed to be a manager who also promised me faithfully the aftersales manager will call me back by end of play that day. Still nothing. Obviously don't care for customers and will now be taking my business else where..
