They were absolutely amazing, my piercing was done so quickly and was absolutely painless and I definitely will be coming back again for future piercings if I decide I would like anymore. 100% recommend. (Edited): Two months after my nose piercing I got my septum and eyebrow pierced here, once again a great experience and a few days ago I got my tongue pierced. I absolutely adore the staff and their talents.

Unfortunately it seems like when Paul has a bad day, he is not very understanding towards nervous clients. My friend had a VERY rude and uncomfortable experience here, despite him usually being accommodating. Will not be returning. Very disappointing.

Took my daughter in to get a new tongue bar, the prices were very good and the gentleman not only helped Ber pick them out but also helped her put it back on. Very highly recommended and friendly staff. Will use again.

I have been pierced here 3 times, and every time the staff are so kind and talk you through it all, got my septum done today and it was so quick and painless, really great, will always get pierced here

I had my tongue pierced by Paul a week ago and I have had no problems apart from the obvious swelling, he was so experienced, he explained everything he was doing at the time to me and Paul also went into detail about the aftercare. The shop was so hygienic everything was sterilised and unwrapped in front of me, would recommend to use here whether it be your 1st or 21st you will be in safe hands.
