Clean and organised. Lovely staff. Residents are happy and well looked after. Modern.

This place is a smoke screen! Furnished beautifully, decor is amazing , but the quality of care from the skeleton staff they have is appalling! The manager Alison is rude and always absent.My dads health and appearance has deteriorated in last 3 years, and he has visited A&E 7 times this year from falling over, he’s had a Stroke so can’t walk! Don’t be fooled by all there sales talk!!!

Visited family here, what a great place .The flats are brilliant, very spacious and well set out. It has great amenities within the building and a great community and staff.

Management are bullies who harrased a single, female tenant as she lay dying

All the staff are very nice , helpful & friendly, the food in the cafe is excellent & very good in price, & the flats are amazing, good size & nicely decorated & well kitted out kitchens

What can l say, beautiful building an beautiful apartments. I passed the test of being able to have one... Yes of course l was over the moon... Then BANG.. sorry no. Reason ... Falls an mental health. An that they were unable to provide the care which l required for 15 mins in the morning... But l could get outside care agency's to do this..I was born with spina bifida hip dysplasia. Now a full time wheelchair user.The reason for a decline to a apartment: falls, these are due recently due to my living conditions.. which is one room in my daughter house. An secondly because of my mental health which is because of when my parents died an over the years when I've struggled with one thing or another.. doesn't make me a bad person. I've never hurt anyone only my daughter when l tried to take my own life. Thinking the world would be a better place. Of course now l no that's not the case.. all l wanted was to get my life back an independence. All other illnesses are fine. Not that you need to no my life story , so to be told that l could no longer have the apartment due to these reasons l felt let down of course by the system. An the reason the decided on thinking l had complex needs. Which of course l don't..so this apartment could of been given to me instead I'm pushed away an told to go to the sister plapce an see if they had vacences which they don't. So by next week are be disabiled in a wheelchair on the streets. I would like to appologise firstly as l generally don't air my view on anything but this building is for residents to live independently an with support if needed now or in the future. But because l mentioned l had mental health it was a excuse not to allow me a apartment.

Paid a visit, with a view, to rent an apartment for my husband and myself, with extra care, as he has advanced Parkinson’sSo we can live together. For our remaining years..Fantastic place,Sadly no current double apartmentsBut will keep trying..

My grandma stays here. Really nice facility. Her 2 bedroom apartment is more spacious than our house!
