Face Matters
I came to see Gabi to ask her advice on the best treatment for me. After a very informative consultation we decided I would have the thread lift. On the day I was quite nervous but Gabi and Clare reassured me. The whole treatment went really well. I am thrilled with the results. I feel so much better about myself. The whole team from start to finish have been fantastic. I would say to anyone thinking about having a cosmetic treatment at Face matters go for it.

As a first time patient I was both nervous and excited about having my treatment. The team here were so welcoming, informative and answered any question I had (no matter how silly!). From the no obligation consultancy with Lorraine through to treatment with Dr Gabby I have been so impressed. The service, advice and quality of care hasn’t disappointed. It’s such a friendly environment and they naturally put you at ease. I would 100% recommend their services. Very happy customer! Thanks everyone !

I thoroughly enjoy attending my appointments at mouth and face matters. Both Kate and Dr Gabriele Tschoep take very good care of me when I attend. The practice is of an exceptional high standard in professionalism and cleanliness. I am always so satisfied with any work that I have carried out at the practice.

Face Matters
I had really suffered with my confidence due to excessive underarm sweating and then I found Face Matters. Immediately they told me there was a treatment fit for my needs. I had a Botox treatment for hyperhidrosis (under arm sweating) and within half a day the problem had gone. I can’t stress enough how fantastic my overall experience was and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend Face Matters to anyone.

I’ve had a great experience from this practise from start to finish and I would recommend this practise above the rest. The dentist was brilliant with me even tho I was nervous. I’ve always hated the dentist but now I’ve changed my mind. thanks for the treatment and I’ll see you soon :)

Face Matters
I recently moved to Face Matters and have been so pleased with the whole experience. From reception through to treatment everyone is keen to make sure you are happy and well looked after. Even the coffee is good ! Nothing is too much trouble. With regards to treatment, I have been so pleased with the care, after care and results. I can definitely say its the best treatment I have had and shall be staying with the Face Matters team
