Have used these for a while now, have always been happy with the food, have tried other places but have always come back to these. Would say they're better priced for phone order or collection as some of their collection orders are great but can't get them on Just Eat as they're not listed. Can pay by card over phone or in store when collecting. Always on time for delivery but I do mainly just collect as I'm not too far away. Worth picking up a menu.

Do not eat here!Ordered food with some friends (5 people in total, we all ordered different things).Food took aro 90 mins to arrive, delivered by someone who didn’t knock but basically kicked my door a couple of times.4 out the 5 of us then had food poisoning the same night.Absolutely shocking. If it’s between this or going hungry, I’d rather not eat for the night.

lost a regular costumer the food used to be nice now it taste disgusting like you’ve had a new chief who hasn’t got a clue or you just can’t be arsed what you serve. the rice taste as if it’s days old with a bottle of soy sauce in it, chow mein had rubbery weird looking eggs in it, chicken balls were spicy?! to the point my kid had to neck some water and feels sick. only thing good i could say was the chips and crispy s&p chicken was ok.

Just had an order delivered which had over fried chicken balls with parts of the order wrong and missing.Even questioned the order on the phone as it is usually more then what we pay and the person from restaurant even repeated the order back to us and said it's related to a price change.Called to complain and didn't care about it. Wasted £15 and never ordering again even though this place was my regular.

Atrocious. First time I used it they were late. Gave benefit of doubt. Next time. Late again. Today, it's an hour late. Food still not arrived. Lost appetite. Even ordered early afternoon to beat rush. I'm using them for the final time. Absolutely shambolic service. And good luck trying to get thru to them via phone. Seriously, how can you run a business with so little care for your customers?

After ordering our food it arrive 2 hours later, chow main was so dry, I thru it away. Salt n pepper chicken was just a gob full of salt and the omelette was just disgusting...will not be ordering agen!!!

Just received our order . The gravy and chips were burnt . I had to make home made gravy .my husbands spare ribs were like rubber and they sauce was nasty first and last time we will be ordering from here

I order weekly, which most times is £30 or more, last week I ordered only half the order turned up. This week the order Was delivered but it was stone cold, I'm not a difficult customer but I live 2 minutes away from lucky garden where they are based . I called them, they couldn't understand why the meal was cold. I explained I had reheated all the meal but they couldn't understand why. I'm absolutely disgusted ,I will not be using these again.
