Lovely staff. Friendly and approachable but not pushy. Andrew took time to listen to what I was looking for and was really helpful in finding the right match. Refreshments offered a few times. Products good value and well packaged.

Michael was a fantastic host. We found what we wanted and felt very pampered.We will return soon.

Loved my visit today. Bought a necklace and earrings for my girlfriend. Such a lovely welcome. Got me a drink as well which I wasn’t expecting.Cameron was so nice. Just gave them to her and she loved them. Will definitely go back.

Returned my Tissot watch not working and informed them not to repair it as it was only months old they sent it to Tissot who allegedly replaced the battery. I requested a refund or replacement watch told no not company policy

Nathan provided an excellent and service. Nothing was too much trouble and he treated me like a valued customer. He wasn't at all pushy, but very respectful.

I would totally avoid this shop! Had a dreadful experience and totally ruined my whole engagement! in April this year they gave us ring 4 sizes too small which resulted in having to get it cut off at a&e! Nearly 6 months later and still awaiting my replacement. Phoned shop today to confirm reference number for delivery of my new ring and manager refused out of pure pettiness. Terrible customer service.

I visited Goldsmith's in Buchanan Galleries to collect a ring they had kindly ordered for me last week. From a world-class customer service viewpoint - it's incredibly difficult to explain the levels of service/ that were afforded to me. The welcoming nature of the staff at this store makes for a truly special buying experience. I also purchased a watch while I was in store, and the staff were so attentive in making sure that the bracelet was adjusted to perfection (adjustments were made three times). Nothing was too much trouble. I left the store extremely satisfied with both my purchases. A huge thank you to all staff. A special mention must go to Rose. She's an extremely special member of the Goldsmith's team and my go-to person for anything I ever need. Simply outstanding. It's been said that the art of customer service is dead... It isn't! It's just extremely rare, but alive and well in Goldsmith's thanks to Rose and her excellent colleagues. Thank you for making my day everyone! 10/10
