Based on visit pre pandemic. Initially very helpful and enthusiastic. Then never returned calls to discuss memorial we'd sat discussing for ages. Fellas in and out of office talked at volume to each other to the point the elderly lady I had taken to discuss a stone couldn't hear the person we were chatting with. Even if they had rang us I don't think we'd had gone with their stone based on how the experience impacted her. Everyone was friendly but surely even those looking for memorials deserve dignity. Her husband had died day before and was being cremated miles away but she wanted stone sorting ASAP hence me driving her round the 2 I knew of. Got the impression we weren't given usual attention as we weren't looking for full funeral. Person who dealt with us was lovely and appeared embarrassed by others on occasions. Can't comment on stone price as neither myself or my elderly friend were contacted and I attempted one follow-up call that was useless. She's sorted now with someone out of town & stone in place etc. My review is late because I'd always assumed I'd left one. I hadn't.

from the minute we arrived up until walking out of the crematorium we were treated with the up most respect and were kept informed of everything that was happening regarding our dear father / in law George Thomas Taylor when I saw it was a co/op run businessI was a bit concerned that it might be not as professional as a family run one but 100% I was wrong and they fantastic even up until 2hr before we were able to visit our relative so a HUGE thanks to the lovely RAY and Co ...... Lovely service, very helpful.All the rooms were well decorated and comfortable and the staff most polite and helpful. Gave great advice and were willing to offer assistance without being pushy.On the day of the funeral they were on time and the cars were well appointed. Joe was more than willing to help you through our time of need.

Where do I start .I would like to thank all who were involved with my mums funeral they also helped my mum with my dads funeral they were all very personal .I cannot thank them so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

After looking after my family, through the passing of both my parents, the staff at rigby''s are kind caring full of empathy and on both occasions looked after my 5 children, I can't praise the staff here enough, thank you so much
