ONE CALL TAXIS

Tried booking a taxi early sat morning for a 7pm pick up from swinton to mexborough, with a return for 10pm. Was told phone back at 5 and book then. So rang back at 5 and booked my out trip, I asked for a return but was told to arrange that nearer the time. Excellent ride out with a clean car and polite driver. He assured me they would get me a taxi if I phoned 20 mins before I needed it.However when I tried booking I was told no chance as no taxis in area. When I questioned if I could get one in next half hour or so was again told no taxis in area. Such a shame. Never use these again. Pity as first class never let me down

It's not the drivers it's the guy who books the taxis he couldn't book his self in for a customer service course all I will say is dim and rude

Use this taxi company but this weekend has been a joke I've phoned for a taxi and waited 45 mins for it after been told 15 minutes. Its finally turned up 50 mins later.

Absolutely fantastic drivers the last taxi I had I was uncomfortable from seizures the driver was the best kept me engaged roads were closed he found the best route to get me to my destination,also these guys drop me off at home and wait till I have opted my door safely,brilliant service thankyou

Shocking and dangerous drive by a seat ibiza today on cemetery Rd in wath.Put your life in there hands if you book this firm.

This company makes me very disappointed. Every time I book a car, they don’t give me a ride. They block my phone number. Every time I call, they don’t send me a car. I am always late for work and get scolded by my boss.

DISGUSTING!! Good job gold star and Martini were here for us… to take our disabled friend home because this firm ..actually turned up..then drove off when they realised our friend was a stroke victim !! Absolutely vile!!This firm should be shut down how much they upset people!!!

We have booked a taxi with this company. There were requesting the funds be paid up front which wasn’t possible as this was been paid upon arrival at the address the taxi was booked to. They then left an 18year old stood outside alone that suffers with anxiety with no taxi. The company was contacted and they then said they would send the taxi back. They sent it back and the driver was rude when he returned due to the passenger been young and believing he wouldn’t be paid when we had just used a taxi with this company 20 minutes before!
