I've been a customer of TCH for a while through the motability scheme. They have been extremely accomodating. Their motability agents went further than any other dealer on my initial search for a car and have always kept me updated regarding anything to do with my vehicle. Previously I have always driven Fords and have loved them throughout my driving time, working on many of them myself.

We previously had a red Puma and were looking to upgrade to a newer model. Our sales person David Groves went through all options and various cars and found a blue Puma 23 plate that we loved. He explained everything and we decided to go ahead with the purchase. He kept in contact at every step and we are so happy with the car. It is identical to the showroom car pictured

Superb service from first crossing of the threshold to driving off in our Focus Estate. This is our seventh Motability car and it’s the best service, by a country mile, that we have had .. The team had an hour yo conduct the work but I needed to go after half an hour and TCH responded to this request and got the job done. Fab service.

Approved Ford Dealer for used and new car sales, service and repair.I had a fantastic experience buying a used car here. From initial contact by phone through to driving away my purchase all the staff were lovely. Especially my sales lady, Sarah, who was friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable, energetic and very helpful but not at all pushy or hard-sell. The dealership was easy to find (opposite Pride Park Stadium) and the site itself is huge (with loads of stock) so follow the signs to the bit you need!On arrival I was well looked after. The car was fairly priced and the pros and cons, features and extras were covered thoroughly. Sarah asked enough questions to check it was the right car for me and how I would be using it, but not so many that I felt overwhelmed. I felt that I was given plenty of time to thoroughly check and view the vehicle without pressure. The test drive was useful and happily uneventful. I felt that her priority was to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision and had all the information I needed. I chose some optional extras I wanted but felt under no undue pressure to get them all. The part exchange on my previous vehicle was straightforward and easy. Everything was arranged swiftly so I could drive away on the day and I was delighted with the speed, ease and transparency of the whole process. And the car, obviously, which is fantastic.I would gladly buy another car here in the future, and it was worth travelling a bit further away from home to get such excellent customer service. I can't comment on the new sales or service/repair side of things, but for used car sales I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I took out a service plan in Jan 2021, & was told it would all work out that the service should be done, just before it's first MOT, due in July 2023. This was not the case, apparently I needed to have had the monthly service plan for longer. Then I was told the car did not need a service in July, it was due in November.! To say I was not impressed, is an understatement, as I had to pay the shortfall of over £100. To top it off, my husband noticed the wheel locking nut spanner, which had been left on the passenger seat when I left the car at 7.30am, was no where to be found in the car. I rang TCH when I got home, & the locking nut was still in its plastic bag, on the workbench of the mechanic. We were going away on Sunday, so needed to know we could get a wheel off in case of a flat tyre. An assistant who said she lived in the area, brought it round on her way home. Very disappointing experience, I will certainly not be taking out any future service plan with them in the future.
