I have had an excellent experience at Colchester Aesthetics.I highly recommend Gemma for laser hair removal. She is very, accomdating, knowledgeable and helpful. Before each session, she contacted me in advance to let me know when my appointment was coming up. This was very helpful due to my busy schedule.Overall, excellent value for money and high quality service is provided at all times.

Unfortunately I did not want to put a star at all because I booked an appointment with one of the ladies/owner her name is Bella. She sent me an email confirming my reservation,I arrived on time and she told me that she forgot that she is fully booked and I have to be moved to another day. Like really, I cleared my schedule to be told I am fully booked. Racial discrimination is outdated but if you are a women of colour I don't recommend this place. I am very disappointed with the service.

Highly recommend Jemma for laser hair removal. She has put me at ease at every session, is very thorough explaining the process and the pré and post care..and she follows up to make sure everything is going good....super satisfied

Avoid this establishment like the plague, staff turn over is rampanttherefore you do not have a consistent treatments of the same quality and you are not taken care of at all, the door is always locked therefore you are often left outside in the cold waiting for 10-15 minutes to be allowed in. The owner Jemma, is a cold and unwelcoming, she has been known to be be ruthless bully and this is the reason for the staff turn over, in addition to this DO NOT let you husband, boyfriend, or significant other attend with you or even drop you off, she is known to have no moral compass or decency and is known to try her luck with married men!!!! She has most recently been having an affair with her business partners husband in addition to bullying her and other members of staff out of the business.The salon is really unhygienic and unwelcoming - prices are extortionate. Why waste money in this knocking shop when you can walk up the road to brown and white, go next door, or alternatively walk a bit further down to Zoe’s Brow Bar, these establishments are beautiful, CLEAN, classy and you get a sense of comfort, relaxation, self care and value for your money. (Oh and you are surrounded by women’s women, who you can have a chat with during your treatment without worrying of the women is making notes on how to move on your significant other or going to talk about you as soon as you leave).

I highly recommend Colchester Aesthetics and Beauty. Jemma is highly experienced in all aspects of beauty treatments and runs an excellent professional salon. I have been having treatments with Jemma for years and since she opened her salon with Kerry I have also had treatments with other therapists and always been very happy.

By far the best salon in Colchester, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jemma’s lovely and amazing at what she does, she’s extremely skilled and professional. The salon is beautiful and always kept clean and tidy! The prices are great too x

Had my eyelash done here, Gemma is a brilliant lash tech. She is welcoming and really puts you at ease.... would recommend!!!

I've have visited this shop twice now to have my biab nails done by a lovely girl named Bella, she always takes her time to make sure everything is done to perfection. She is so friendly and pleasant & always has a smile, looking forward to my next visit.

After trying different salons I found Jemma and never looked back. My eyelashes are always perfectly done and love going back for my fortnightly infills, even if they don’t need doing. Jemma has never been anything but friendly, attentive and professional. I’d never go anywhere else. First class
