I highly recommend to get a piercing at Hell to pay!I got a full rook piercing yesterday and had the best experience! I was sweetly welcomed by the lovely lady at the desk (I apologise for not remembering her name!). I loved how the place was so comfortable because of the the interior design and at how kind the professionals were. I had a genuine discussion with one of the piercers named Louise about the piercing that was best for me. I initially came for a rook piercing but Louise had given me the better option for a full rook considering my anatomy and I do not regret following her advice! Louise was so kind throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the outcome (I was quite fussy about the placement of the piercing but Louise was very patient!).I will definitely go there again for future piercings/tattoos!

Wonderful environment, the staff are so kind and friendly and the place is decorated beautifully. The piercings I got done were almost painless and are healing brilliantly!Louise was amazing at calming my nerves and so nice to chat to, and she's given me some fantastic ideas for future piercings. I can't recommend them enough :)

They have a great selection of jewellery, I loved my purchase although it was a bit pricey! When I visited the staff were so welcoming and friendly, I would definitely go back. I think if you wanted to get a tattoo here you'd feel very relaxed and have a great experience!

Just had my nipples pierced by the wonderful Kai. They were so lovely and professional and made me feel completely at ease. Not only is the atmosphere wonderful, welcoming and chill, but the whole process is seamless. I cannot recommend Kai and Hell To Pay enough. You can tell everyone at Hell To Pay care and are about creating the best experience.Over all, a wonderful experience, would highly recommend, and I am definitely planning to come back <3

Both piercers, Louise and Kai are such lovely, friendly and genuine people. Very much to be recommended. They both have a knack for connecting with people and are empathic. I nearly had my nipple pierced by Kai but it was Louise in the end who did it. I only have good things to say about them and the studio. I’ve had my nipples and navel pierced so far but if I ever decide to get any other piercings then this place will be at the forefront as to where I’d go. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

I have already been to this studio more often, that first time in 2018 for an industrial piercing, at that time I was already happy. In 2022, I was then there 2 times to get several small tattoos from Christina, what can I say, I actually think about what I can get pierced every time, just so that I can come back to this studio. Christina is incredibly good at her work! Today I got a piercing from Kai. Kai was super super nice, they gave me a great advice, checked everything if it is possible to have the piercing pierced etc. I felt incredibly comfortable in the hands of Kai. Even Ellie, who was at the reception today, is just incredibly dear!I’m from Germany and I would come back every time!

An amazing experience. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Got the next bit of my sleeve done by Draco (also very nice person) who created a sick piece. Couldn’t be happier with the result. It was 6 hours session during which we talked about different things and enjoyed great music. It was an absolute joy. Will be coming back for sure.

Hell To Pay was recommended to me. I've been to some different piercing places before but by far this is my favourite place. The staff are really nice and Louise (who did my piercings) was very approachable. She did some ear designs and was very helpful in her recommendations. Great communication from the business and I plan to visit again in the future. I also like the fact they stock high quality body jewellery.

Really love this place! I've got two tattoos done here - one by someone who no longer works here if I remember correctly (who also did a wonderful job on my first tattoo), and one by Christina, who did my most recent dog skull tattoo for me. They really paid attention to the small details on my design, and I'm SO happy with the outcome! Really nice atmosphere, really nice staff, can't wait to go back when I get another one I have planned done. Can't recommend here enough :) both my tattoos healed wonderfully, the shop itself is really cute and clean, and both times there for me have been super relaxing.Huge thank you to the staff here! You guys do a wonderful job :D
