I had the privilege yesterday of experiencing the new skill that Rachel has added to her bow....reflexology for lymphodema. It was a lovely, rewarding treatment, so relaxing, so calming and ultimately very beneficial.The following day, my leg was much less swollen as well as softer and lighter.Thankyou Rachel, see you next month!

I tried reiki for the 1st time after I’d experienced reflexology with Rachel. Both were relaxing and I felt I’d known Rachel for years even though we’d just met. I’ve not been to her new premises yet but I definitely will. I also bought a gift box containing products for women going through the menopause. The oils and her instruction cards were of huge benefit to me. So go on try them out. You won’t regret it.

Had my first Reiki session with Rachel - who is so kind, knowledgeable, and has a wonderfully calming nature. Rachel made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the room and really took time to get to know me first before beginning the session, which went amazingly. I feel lighter in mind and soul after that pleasant and healing experience. Her communication, understanding and empathy made the session very impactful. Rachel also sells beautiful crystals, and I was so pleased to pick one up. Thank you so much, can't wait to be back!

I booked Rachel for the lymphatic drainage reflexology. The moment you step into her clinic Rachel makes you feel at ease and very welcome. I have tickly feet, but Rachel used just the right amount of pressure to avoid triggering this. The session was very relaxing and soothing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reduction in swelling of my feet and ankles so quickly!

I asked Rachel if she could create a Birthday gift for a friends 50th. She went into detail to find out more about the recipient to ensure that the gift was right, including any allergies, needs, likes/dislikes etc. She took care of the process end to end and managed to turn this around in less than 1 week to get the gift sent out. It was a aromatherapy relaxation gift with a diffuser and was loved by the recipient. Many thanks to Rachel for doing this and I highly recommend her services to anyone as she really cares about the needs of her clients. Thank you Rachel from R&R Therapy.

I visited Rachel for the first time for an Indian Head Massage. She took the time to get to know me, immediately set me at ease and gave me a wonderful head massage. I couldn't believe how much better I felt afterwards. I will definitely be back soon.

I was introduced to Rachel by a friend and have had regular appointments for over a year now! I always look forward to my Reflexology sessions and come out feeling relaxed and 100 times better than when I arrive. Its helped with stress, migraines and difficulty sleeping. Rachel is very dedicated, taking time out to do extra individual research in order to provide the very best treatments. I couldn't do without her now!

Came here for some relaxation after the pandemic and it was amazing! Don't know how the atmosphere of calm is created but you really get transported away - like doing an incredibly deep meditation! Heading back as soon as I can. Plus after going you get added to Rachel's mailing list for updates on appointment availability which just makes planning ahead that bit easier.

I had reflexology and reiki with Rachel. She creates a very calm and secure environment and put me at ease to talk about what I hoped to get from the treatments. Afterwards I felt relaxed and definitely able to see the difference that they had made for me. Thank you Rachel, I will be visiting again soon.
