Service and price are great, however when asked for my pass code before I left my phone with them in the shop they did not inform me that they would be accessing my photos. Whether this is standard or not (the shop manager has informed me that it is), I as a layman and with minimal knowledge of the process repair shops use was unaware of this. Naturally there are personal photographs on there which I would rather had not been seen. Please be aware that this may be part of their process when repairing your phone screen.

We purchased a Mercedes electric toy car for my nephew from here.The staff were extremely helpful and kindly built and tested the car for us.We are extremly happy with the product and would highly reccomend this shop.There is a huge selection and variety of electric cars for kids all displayed very nicely inside.Thank you for help.

Avoid at all costs. Gave one price on phone and charged more money when I collected repaired phone.The liar even made up a conversation he had with me, which we definitely didn't have, to claim he told me parts were £40, when I'd already checked ebay and screen replacement kits were £20, so if he'd told me parts were £40 on the phone I'd have challenged him.Don't use at any cost, Liars and charlatans. Would score zero if possibleEdit: 12 hours later I am still infuriated by their underhand tactics to cheat money out of people

I purchased a ford ranger 4x4 24v electronic car for my boy 2 years ago now, it still runs like new and hasn't faulted. Customer service is brilliant, the entire process is a breeze.Today I went back two years after the above purchase and I got the 12v tractor with trailer for my lad at Christmas. Again the process is easy a faultless. The boys at the warehouse were very polite and welcoming, they helped load the item in the van and were very friendly.Keep up the good work lads. No doubt I'll see you in another two years.
