This so called buddhist sect is truly awful please folks just Google in nkt survivors and see the psychological damage they have done to ex members hundreds of them they also put images up of members meditating they are all young and attractive I mean they are so shallow and the things they believe in to put it simply bronze age superstitions avoid them at all costs if you have got any sense

I'm always looking to feel better about myself, and I found in meditation something I'd been looking for and never found, the knowledge that everything has to come from within ourselves.Kadampa is a place of peace, and we are treated equally, we meet people like us in class, and then we realize that we don't have to be different than we are to start any change.I am not a Buddhist and felt at home in Kadampa MC Liverpool.

Previous post re this is harmful?. Impossible to understand what is harmful about love, compassion and being helped to have peace and calm in our lives. The matter of what is real or not is merely a perception of a persons own mind. Brilliant classes all with good meaning toward ourselves and others.

I've attended the meditation classes organised by Kadampa Meditation Centre at the Kingsway Learning Centre. Amazing classes, very thought provoking. The meditation practice in invaluable. It's helped me in my own practices to become more calm, compassionate and content. 4 stars because I haven't yet had the opportunity to visit the main centre.

I've been regularly attending Liverpool KMC for 19 years now and hope to continue for many years in the future . It is a haven of peace and you can feel all negativity being cleansed as soon as you walk through the door. I highly recommend paying a visit and becoming involved in Buddha's teachings!

Went for a meditation class and felt so peaceful outside in the garden marquee! Had a cup of a tea and chatted. Was so wonderful. If you get a chance book on!

Wonderful place. Love the sangha here. Friendly and welcoming. Kelsang Gogden is a credit to the robes and a great role model. The shrine has been updated and looks lovely. See photo!

Eddie is a ray of sunshine and Kelsang Gogden and Kelsang Jigme are wonderful teachers. Beautiful, peaceful place to find some quiet and meet new friendly people.
