Watch Repair Workshop

I visited this place to get a watch strap for my husband who's disabled on Tuesday. He gave my husband a price on a watch strap £14.99 when we went back to day the strap had miraculously gone up to £20.00 and the guy to to make out he didn't remember. Make sure you get a price of this guy before he does any work or sell you anything as the price will change to suit him.Very disappointed and unhappy that he ripped off a disabled person.Avoid Avoid Avoid

Very reasonable price to fix watches for me on 2 occasions. Will always use!On one occasion, a simple fix which another repairer wanted to return to manufacturer for twice the cost of new watch.

I have taken multiple watches here for battery replacement and link adjustment. Always quick and well priced (nice and cheap). Will always go here for watch related issues.

Battery replaced for my Longines watch about two years ago. Far cheaper than rip off jewellers! Will return for another replacement. Another stupid comment saying they take your money and run" is absurd. . Perhaps these customers who say they are spoken to rudely should question their own attitude!"

I always go here to get new batteries fitted for my watches. They are a lot cheaper than other places I have been to (Timpson wanted nearly £18 for the last watch I took in there...!!)

The battery was replaced in my precious Geneve Gold watch for a fraction of what it has cost at jewellers in the past. The cracked watch glass was also replaced with a much better fitting glass, again at a fraction of what it has cost previously. An excellent affordable service. Very caring and efficient. I will be using their service in future.

Wouldn't even give one star, brought a brand new designer watch took it here to get some links taken out (in hind sight i now know never to take anything expensive to the market) and was told he couldn't do it after he based and tapped away at it for five mins. went to the watch hospital for a second opinion to be asked where I had taken it previously as they had damaged my watch and the screws for links hence why the trader said he couldn't do it as tried fobbing me off when I went back to complain he said prove it" thankfully the watch hospital sorted something out for me and as for the market trader stay well away absolute disgrace to the human race"

Went to collect a couple of items I’d dropped off to be engraved, waited 2 weeks which is not the issue but the disgustingly rude lady and man who i had the pleasure of meeting was not the customer service I had expected , i didn’t realise giving your first name for collection and not your surname was that bigger deal but obviously to them it was .I create jewellery and would like items engraved, this was a trial run , so I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

My auntie took her watch to this stall for a VERY simple battery replacement. They made the alterations to the watch as requested but ever since the watch hands have not aligned correctly with the dials.My auntie returned to the stall and asked politely for the mistake to be rectified as she has had the watch for years and it holds significant sentimental value. She was told Nothing I can do but send it back to the factory and it'll cost ya £50". She is disgusted and slightly shocked by the terrible service and obnoxious
