Viewed a car around 10 days ago, attending the showroom with my wife and two young children.Andrew could not have been more attentive to us all - kids included. From the moment we walked in, right through to send-off, nothing was too much trouble. He even let the kids raid his chocolate drawer while we were discussing the finer details of the car.Shout outs to Blake, Justin and Laurie also - all of whom create a nice, friendly and welcoming vibe within the building and they each showed a genuine interest in us as customers.A great service, nice people, quality car......all boxes checked, so we bought it. We just drove it away today - so far so good!A nice experience all round. Thanks all.

Terrible experience with this dealership. I chose a main dealer expecting to receive a better service. The car on collection was not prepared, boot wouldn’t open as well as numerous other scratches, bald tyres etc. I travelled 3 hrs to collect this car and to see this on arrival was disappointing to say the least. They agreed to fix issues, boot was repaired but broke again.Long story short, I rejected the car. They collected it from me. Took 2 weeks to pay me back but only because I had to continually chase them. Even then they are still short of paying the price I paid, even though that was agreed. Unfortunately a civil case will now be taking place against them to recover the money owed, as well as other losses incurred.Avoid this company and shop elsewhere.

Having had my electric corsa serviced paid over £307 for it for what seems like a lot when only brake fluid and screen wash was topped up and a health check. And the car wasn't even washed or hoovered and at other garages when I've had a service in the past that is a minimum. Don't think I'll be using their service again.

We bought a car from Andy Smith and he was great at being efficient and kept the atmosphere light while going through the paperwork. We were happy with his knowledge and demonstration of this. He called in with me and mum to ensure everything was going well with the car. Great salesman.

We have purchased 2 cars over the past few years, the sales team are amazing, a special shout out to Bob and Justin in the sales team, really looked after us and gave us amazing deals. Ian and Darren and the team in after sales, parts and service, already excellent. I am always greeted with smiles, Andrew, who deals with mobility cars is great.Any issues I have had, which have been few and far between, are also dealt with quickly annd efficiently. Asked two very specific a question before travelling over an hour to view a used car, both answers given as no issues.Turn up, it’s a smoker car with a huge tapping noise that could be heard within 20m of driving off the forecourt.Offered a £150 off the car, but looked like they were just trying to shift a lemon.Don’t get me wrong the service from Andy (sales man) was great, but the over all experience of a “MAIN” dealer left a lot to be desired.

Nice and easy process from start to finish. Andy was a great help and explained the process thoroughly.Andy was also there for any questions I had and accommodated me on the day after I came to the showroom a little later than expected.Thanks very much, would definitely recommend!
