I noticed a fault with my car and contacted the garage after reading reviews. They got my car in the next day and were able to order parts and get it back to me the same day. They also noticed another issue while they had it in and advised me on it, I chose to get that fixed too but they were in no way pushy about me booking in the extra work. Took the car back the next morning and they did another great job. Staff were all really friendly, helpful and clearly explained what needed doing and were transparent with pricing which was very fair. Have already booked in for my next MOT and they will be my go to in the future - highly recommend.

Had some issues with my suspension arms which required some investigation and I couldn't fault them at all. They helped me with the pricing of everything, trying to get the cost down as much as possible which I highly appreciate and I don't think you'll find that at many garages with them trying to squeeze every penny out if you. Absolute heroes! We needed an MOT at short notice and Jade and Neil couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They were able to squeeze us in and were utterly professional, friendly and very cheerful! I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Booked my car in for an MOT very later notice. Been using this place for years and always a friendly and affordable experience.

Used their services to MOT the car, Jade was extremely helpful in trying to get our vehicle at the soonest convenience. On returning to collect the vehicle Neil had spent the time to explain to my partner about what checks where undertaken and how previously recommended repairs from different garages where actually not needed. Saved us some money and we appreciate the honesty.Will return again for any further works and checks needed for our vehicle.

Absolutely brilliant service. I needed an urgent MOT and Jade was so helpful when I spoke to her on the phone. She was able to fit me in and I am so grateful to her and the team at PMC! The works required following the MOT were clearly explained to me and were completed the next day. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I have my services and mot's at this centre and today I took my car back as there was a clanking noise. They were able to fit my car in at short notice and sort out the problem within a few hours. When you go to PMC search for Neil.... brilliant customer relations and helpful (on the side of the motorist). Also deserving a mention, Receptionist Jade very knowledgeable and courteous , Jake very professional and clean.

Jade and Neil were extremely helpful and friendly with helping with my car. I don't live locally to the area and broke down when traveling. After trying several other garages thay were happy to help me even though that were very busy. They got my car repaired and back to me within a week even though it was a big job that was needed would fully recommend this garage at any time.

Me and my wife dropped by PMC in search of a new car. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly sales team, who were more than happy to help. As first time buyers, they helped answer all our questions and nothing seemed to be too much hassle. After a quick but informative sales process, we purchased our car.We picked up the following week and drove away happy. Sadly less than 48 hours the car broke down, leading to us taking the car back to the garage to be fixed. The process of taking the car back and picking up lasted about 2 weeks - at no fault of the garage, but it was inconvenient to say the least. Once the car was finally free to collect after a few delays, I drove away happy.The service was great. The aftercare was even better. It was just a shame that the car had a number of underline issues when we purchased. Only reason for a 4/5 is due to the amount of work needed on a presumed next - to - new vehicle.We will be recommending to friends and family in the future.
