I went to Life Effect Chiropractic due to long term pain in my knees which I thought was the onset of Arthritis. I also had pain in all my finger joints and no strength in my wrists which reinforced my belief. After my first consultation I found Arthritis had nothing to do with it!!!!!I’m half way through my treatment plan, back to yoga, taking stairs and not lifts, totally pain free knees, hands and wrists (I’m even opening jars again!) even my headaches have gone.These amazing people have been a godsend to me and given me my active life back. Could not recommend Life Effect in Locks Heath enough. From the front of house staff to the chiropractors themselves everyone is friendly and professional, making the atmosphere from start to end of each appointment stress free.I started my treatment with them during February this year, following a series of x-rays, they identified the problems that were causing the severe pain I'd been having.Since having regular adjustments I've noticed a significant improvement, I still have a little way to go, due to the amount of issues I had, but certainly a huge improvement as I'm no longer in constant pain.It's amazing how much your body can be affected by your back, if you're having any issues or are just looking for a team to maintain your body's health contact the team at Locks Heath, they're lovely and make bookings and pricing plans easy.

I have had back problems for the last 20 years, and had pretty much tried everything you can think of to just manage the pain. So when my wife told me she'd made me an appointment with life effect chiropractors I thought why not, but I didn't really hold out much hope. However I'm so glad she did. When I first walked into life effect just 1 month ago, I was in constant pain in both my back and my shoulder. After the very first adjustment my shoulder was pain free and has been ever since. And after 2 adjustments a week for the last 4 weeks the pain in my back has been dramatically reduced. I no longer have to take days off work due to the pain, I am moving better, sleeping better, my mood is better, so far the results have been remarkable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was very wary at first of going to a chiropractor as I didn’t know much about getting adjusted. However, the team were really lovely and welcoming. Everything about the treatment was explained in clear terms, with pre-planned milestone check ups.In terms of the adjustments themselves, every session the staff have been incredibly friendly and open to listening about my progress (good and bad). Even after a month I have noticed some big improvements. My migraines have reduced, my back feels more mobile, and my sleep quality is better. Even my partner has noticed as he says my snoring has improved!Overall, I have had a very positive experience with the service. I have suffered with back pain for many, many years. And in recent years been informed i have Osteoarthritis of the hip. I was very nervous when i arrived for my first consultation. I was soon put at ease by the lovely welcoming staff. I met Dr Ash. He took lots of x-rays of my spine and I was able to view them immediately. Dr Ash explained in depth what was wrong and what could be achieved. A care plan was put in place with twice weekly visits. I have been seeing Dr Jimmy who is an absolute miracle worker. I have noticed a huge improvement with the pain.
