The staff have just been very rude to me when they were incapable of applying a product they offered when doing my nails. I asked 3 times for the shape of my very thick lumpy nail to be sorted out and I was ignored!! I was not apologised to and the manager would only knock £3 off, when I complained about awful service and skill. I was not spoken to like a customer the entire time. My friend was also unhappy with her nails. I will not be coming back here again

Love my gel nails. They last for more than 5 weeks flawlessly. They also have a loyalty card. After 5 services you get 5£ off.

I have been here multiple times and every time one or more of my nails come off. I got my nails done 2 days ago and was charged £40 , since then 2 of my nails have cracked and fallen off.

This is the best nail salon! Lovely, polite and friendly staff that always manage to fit me in and always do a great job. I highly recommend the nugensis nails (dip nails) they always last over a month for me and don't damage my nails.

You can make an appointment here or you can just walk in. The service is good just a bit rushed. There is a bit of 'musical chairs' (which apparently is team work, as I was told) going on as you can have three different people doing your nails which at times can be unsettling. In the end surprisingly the nails turn out pretty. The prices are normal as in every other salon I would say. This place is good if you are in a rush and want a quick service:) Nice staff too.

Booked ages ago to have simple manicure, as I can't have gels for work. Arrived to them saying they had no nail polish (!), only gels. Don't know if this was a lie and that a manicure doesn't make as much money, or that they genuinely have no nail polish in a nail salon. Either way, ruined my plans and my day. Thanks.
