Had a buffet style breakfast ,good selection but some of the food was a bit dry and only just warm...we arrived at just after 8 so expected it to be reasonably fresh..Have been here loads of times but the last few quality seems to lacking. The place was empty but it was Monday morning but still there's normally a few in...

We had a lovely carvery and desserts. Staff very helpful and attentive.Carol my special waitress came over and loved &the Turkish delight I had bought her from Turkey. She does a wonderful job collecting money for McMillan. Danielle was lovely carving the meat. Kelly even though on her way home still took time to take a booking from us for next month. It’s a lovely day with the man on piano bingo and quiz and of course a little dancing to sweet Caroline ."

Went in for a meal with family, the key point out of the whole experience was how well and kind we were treated with our special request by a lovely server named Faith. She never hesitated in helping me pick a meal as I have never been here before and wasn’t aware on what dish to go for. She attended to us multiple time making sure we were satisfied with our meal, honestly such a beautiful soul and combined with the delicious meal, I 100% recommend this restaurant

Welcoming, friendly and polite staff. Especially lovely service from Roxie in the kids area as she was very helpful when answering some questions about the menu before we were ready to order. We had an enjoyable day with great service.

Popped by for some food at about 8pm. Food and drink quality was about normal for these places but the service, particularly from a staff member called Connor serving the carvery was absolutely brilliant. Just chatted to him as he served but he was really welcoming and friendly and it really stood out. Sam also came to tell us when it was closing time, again, a really friendly member of staff. The place is a good size, I imagine it gets busy but at 8pm it was pretty calm and plenty of places to sit, so I'd definitely return.

Kelly our server was brilliant! She helped get my disabled mum a comfy booth and really looked after us. The food was decent too. Cakes are dangerous good too! Come and be fed well in good company

Went here for breakfast at the weekend, had to walk around for a minute or two to find a table with no food / plates on it that haven’t been cleaned,All the tables around us were covered in dirty plates and throughout our breakfast we had flies landing on the table next to us, by time we left the plates were still there.Hurts me to write this review because I’d previously given Pine Tree 5* for the Carvery as our first couple of visits were wonderful, just seems like it’s gone downhill, had to ask for forks as there were none on the tables and saw other people doing the same,Every establishment has a bad day which is why I haven’t gone for a 1* as I would of if it was my first visit, but after recommending this place to friends over Toby that’s close by it was disappointing,Breakfast was average, bread was rock hard.Hope it was a one off

Been here before & couldn't fault it. Last night was the total opposite. Pies microwaved so much that you couldn't cut into them. Cheese pies with lumps of raw potato (these were replacing the over-microwaved ones), stringy chicken, slice of cold mash from the carvery, 6 peas that could be used as bullets, 4 almost raw bits of carrott. Floor staff couldn't have been more helpful, but management & chefs" didn't want to know.Mine surrendered!"
