National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

Booked a free suspension check via the halfords app for 8.30am. The website states the opening time is 8.30am and that I should arrive at the booked time slot. I arrived at 8.35am to be told that I was too late and I should have been here 10 minutes before like it said on the booking (it did not state this as mentioned above). If a matter of 5 minutes means they cannot fit my booking in anymore, then there is clearly something wrong with how many bookings they are taking on

Fantastic service. I had a problem with my rear suspension. They had it diagnosed and fixed in a hour. Fast and friendly service.

I have been having cars repaired for over 30 years. This place ( Kidderminster centre) is consistently the best service I have ever had and actually just seems to get better. The staff are all polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They explain any work that needs to be done. The quality of work and pricing is exceptional. Cannot recommend highly enough

Great service from National Tyres today, showed me exactly what they was doing at each stage. Had to get back to work from my lunch break so one of the gentlemen went out himself to get the parts so it would speed up the process for me. Great service, would recommend. Reasonable pricing

Took in my MR2 as the steering wheel wasn't straight and felt off.After the 4 wheel alignment it's like driving a completely different car, they did a great job.

I would like to give a big thanks to Mark, who worked tirelessly to explain about ordering future tyres that may be unnecessary due to the corrosion of alloys and advices tailored to our needs being greatly received. We were inspired by Mark’s personal commitment to making a difference and his gestures that kept us motivated through these unprecedented, difficult and challenging times. Great experience with National Tyres. Dealt with Mark and Jack. Had 2 rear tyres fitted and 4 wheel alignment. They even took me under the car to show me the results of alignment. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE. It was the end of the working day and these guys were the only garage who would help us around the area. We had a puncture and this was seen to immediately.Highly RecommendedA+++++++
