Great little store, staff super friendly and helpful on the phone and in store. I’ve had a couple of great products that i needed advice on, was not oversold, and definitely really good prices (I checked around). Will always come back here.

I was looking for some new headphones to replace some broken AKG Q701's and so I called the Swiss Cottage store to get some advice. I was called back a short while later by Filip and we discussed various choices and an appointment was made to come in to the store for a demo.On the day of the demo I was planning to ride my bike up to the store but a friend had his bike stolen in the same borough a few days before and so I felt hesitant about leaving it locked up out of sight for an extended period. So I called the mainline number and was reassured that taking my bike into the store would not be a problem but just in case he'd email them to let them know. When I arrived all was prepared for my bike and the demo was ready. I ended up with the Meze 99's and they are amazing.All of the people I spoke to at each stage were very helpful and felt like fellow human beings rather than sale-people. Filip in particular did a great job helping me with the listening etc and I never felt pressured at any point.In the past I'd associated Richer Sounds with lower-end kit and slightly pressurized selling, however, I'd now recommend them for higher-end kit and their customer service experience.

The customer service is excellent. I had the ability to visit for a demo session, during which Filip recommended various speakers and amplifiers. For the time being, I'd want to test out some other speakers, but Filip was amazing and quite helpful.

Good service, but sold faulty JBL earphones. I spent £50 (not cheap!) and one ear bud stopped working after two weeks (not of my doing). You’d hope to sell a decent product.

Was really helpful, setting my parents up with Chromecast and teaching them how to stream their paywall-protected videos. Didn't tell them they needed a brand new TV, so a good value and very successful solution. Many thanks.

Purchased a TV. The sales staff were all fabulous; they reserved the TV for a few days as I didn't live nearby...They replied to my emails and calls promptly. A very easy transaction. Thanks.
